Highly recommend for brunch. We ordered the pesto heirloom tomato omelette, a morning burger and a salad- all were delicious. The tea is brewed fresh. The water is filtered. Excellent quality.
Food was very bland. The price is super high for mid food.
I only ate half of my meal so I asked their server to bring a container to take the rest home. She offered to do it for me but ended up discarding the food. She offered to have the French toast remade which took forever. She finally returned with the French toast only. I had to ask for the blueberry topping, syrup and yoghurt which delayed things further. Honestly, if she had just brought me the container, everything would have been perfect.
Father’s Day brunch. Food was outstanding! The crab cakes with poached eggs was a unique and delicious combo.
Great menu choices wonderfully prepared.
Absolutely amazing service. We made a reservation in advance and had a wonderful meal. The Gouda fondue is a must-have! Definitely recommend.
We have been here for lunch/brunch and enjoyed it. Last night we started with mussels and crabcakes. The crabcakes and mussels were ok but when we received our meals all 4 of them were cold. We sent them back and when we got them back they were warmed up but still not at the right temperature and ingredients were missing. I had the filet and it was cooked ok just cold and it was missing the asparagus when I got my plate back. My husband and another guest got the salmon and the salmon was ok but the rest of the plate was nothing to write home about. At the end the server brought us an espresso creme brule for the table as an apology and it was the only thing that we all enjoyed. Our bill was well over $200 and I felt like I could have gone to fast food and been more satisfied. A cherry on the top was when we arrived at home I was violently ill for over 2 hours. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. Not sure what is happening at Paramount.
I have always gone here for their dinner (the salmon enchilada dish is phenomenal- I get it every time). Today I tried their brunch and I am upset I did not try it sooner! I have been to many brunch spots in Gainesville but the quality, portion size and prices at Paramount are the most impressive in my opinion. I got the goat cheese and avocado omelet with breakfast potatoes. They served little blueberry muffins while we waited. The meal was phenomenal, and the service was great as usual. I highly recommend this restaurant, a true gem in Gainesville that never disappoints.
Excellent food From apps to dessert
Busy so it took 1 hour to get food. Waitress was amazing just likely given too many tables she couldn’t possibly support. My fish was not completely cooked. Others at my table liked theirs. Lobster omelette was amazing! Perhaps just a crazy Mother’s Day but I would rather they took less reservations if kitchen and staff would become overwhelmed!
