The manager is the meanest and rudest of all….that’s allni have to say. And thank you for leaving a toddler waiting for dinner at canceling our order and not admiting your mistakes
Papa John's seems to have the website up & working most of my pizzas have been fast & hot but I just live a short stretch down Wanamaker
One star is too many. Avoid this store if you care about getting edible food. The driver left two pizzas at the door on the ground without notification. Pizzas were ant covered and inedible. Manager has absolutely no people skills and refused to bring out edible pizzas.
I ordered delivery. They ignored my directions and dropped it off on my front porch. By the time I called for status update on my order and was told it had been left on the ground outside my door it was covered in ants. Employees were quick to refund the order but did not replace the meal, which is what I wanted per their quality guarantee.
Two days in a row couldn't do a delivery order for cash because they lack drivers and use a delivery service which negates my coupons, which is horrible the food is never on time is cold or destroyed which isn't Papa John's fault. But at the same time hire folks.
If you forget your Zip code for your card they will say the card is declined but the money will still come out of your account and the manager should not be a manager he as no people skills and he is rude me nor my friends and family will never buy pizza from any pap jhons five. Star is so much better I would never not buy pizza from them if it was 2 dollars for a large pizza

This Papa John's is super fast and always accurate. My family and I love the pizza, the extras, and the cinnamon dessert treats. Thank you for very nice and super fast delivery staff.
I'm giving 3 stars for not having a walk in lunch special. The Philly cheese steak Papadita thing fit the bill though. And the service was great, so 5 stars. Average of 4.
