I moved to Gainesville about 18 months ago and have been to this location 6 times. Yet, I have only ordered food once. 5 out of 6 times I have gone here, they are out of so many things I haven't bothered to order an incomplete meal. Today I was informed that the only side they have is the broccoli. I had to ask for clarification - are the other sides still being made or are you completely out of white rice, brown rice, and noodles. HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF RICE?! I could understand if it were a global supply chain issue, but I have only ever experienced this at this location. Never had an issue at the location on archer. I travel for work and haven't experienced this in St Petersburg, Valparaiso, Oak Ridge TN, or in parts of Maryland and Virginia. This location needs to go out of business
The first time I went they completely forgot my extra side of cow mein, I went to redeem the chow mein they forgot on another day. The chow mein was not only cold and old noodles with absolutely no flavor or sauce other than the heaps of cabbage in it. The cabbage out weighed the noodles by far and was the only veggie in it AT ALL.
The hours on door don't match. But, people were understanding and very helpful. Food was pretty good. Noodles a little undercooked. (Little hard to chew). I will be a return customer. Chicken and sauces really good.
Panda Express is very good !!! I Love the bourbon chicken & fried rice, Yummy !!! I Love other dishes too ... Steak stir fry is great, Orange chicken is really good too.They will let you sample something if you want to try it which I think is great !! I think it's well worth the price for sure ...I do wish they would bring back the small drinks though, the medium is too big for me Lolso it's a waste of money there.But putting that aside ... I have been going to Panda Express forALONG TIME NOW & I WILL NEVER STOP !!!
I LOVE this place! This is by far the best Panda Express in town and I come here all the time. They are really friendly, helpful, and have great and fast service. The food is always fresh and so tasty. I’ve never left a review before, but today there was an issue with my payment that they resolved so quickly and kindly that I felt inclined to. I would definitely recommend coming here.
Most of the workers are rude and act like you're bothering them when you patronize this location. I paid for premium beef and got a completely different order, confronted them about it and got turned away. The location on archer is much better than this location. ADVISE ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DRIVE THROUGH.
I was disappointed with this Panda Express. I went through the drive thru around 7 pm and they were already out of things for the night. The food I got was overcooked and bottom of the pan.
My food Fxxxxxng sucked. Dry and no flavor. There was HAIR in my rice. Rude customer service. I threw the whole thing away. Im not usually one to complain but Im here working from out of town, and after not eating all day, it just sucks to get a horrible meal! Im sorry Panda Express but I have to let people know!
They were out of half there menu, asked for fried rice got plane rice, flavorless chow mein, chicken barley any flavor, super greens disgusting. First and last time. 0/5 stars
