Food is decent. Not the best location, but area is convenient since it’s close to work. Very fast and efficient staff. Only issue is with some of the employees. Some are not so welcoming and nice. As someone else in customer service, it’s not hard to say “hi, what can I get you?” Instead of “go ahead with your order.” Yes, I know it’s just fast food but customer service is part of the job. I always say “thank you, have a good day” after I’m handed my food. 9/10 times the response I get is the window slammed in my face.Also just saw the review where they served a customer RAW chicken. Yeah, no. My review went from three stars to one star. Unacceptable. I know we all make mistakes but I advise management trains the employees better to at LEAST have food cooked all they way through…
this would be the sadness Panda express ive ever went to. unsanitary also. im sure food has been mishandled he due to me not feeling well moments after trying the black pepper steak and the burnt chicken teriyaki. i usually wouldn't say anything but this was the only place i went to eat before i felt filling ill. MAKE SURE UR FOOD HAS HASNT BEEN SITTING IN THE DANGER ZONE,
I was there at the gainesville location having a quick bite with nephew around 4:15pm.You can here the employees complaining about other employees.They we're complaining how dirty kitchen was left night before,helping someone else stock shelves in backroom.Someone complaining about having to cook and clean.Its one thing to complain but not in ear shot of customers.
Normally enjoy panda, but not this location. Don’t eat here unless you want to experience chewing on rocks, I’m sorry, I mean rice. Everything was dry. Won’t be back.
Very helpful staff. Orange chicken just alittle spicy than normal. Would return. Plus they have drive thru.
Horrible service and vegetables were yellow and brown. Returned with food and receipt and was refused a refund by an antagonizing rude wait staff.
I’m not even going to write out a lengthy review because I noticed management doesn’t review or respond to reviews. But do not go to this location! It’s terrible! From customer service, to appearance and taste of the food, to how they treat you, to lying, to making you wait in your car. Don’t go. I used to be a huge Panda Express fan but this location is the worst! They just don’t train their workers or cooks properly.
It’s hit or miss with this one. Last several times my food hasn’t been fresh or very good.
Hot and fresh, as usual! Flavors for the orange chicken were all on point, rice was perfectly cooked, and the chicken was crispy and delicious.
Management, you should train employees to have a smile when they are in front of customers. And at least make belief that you care for the business that your customers are bringing, to pay your salaries. IT ONLY TAKES A SECOND TO SMILE AT SOMEONE and make them feel like you appreciate them. We all go through things in life but we need to learn not to bring them to work.
