This place sucks please don’t go here the workers are incompetent and always have headphones in and are very rude. I paid for a large cup and the blonde girl working gave me a small and then poured it into a big cup and claimed that was a large

I ordered The Buzz and after I paied they told me that they don’t have currot so they will make it with extra orange (if they told me before I would have changed the order). I have waited for +15min (there was no other customers!) and then they told me that they cannot make it and asked me if I want a smoothie instead!!!!!! I canceled my order. Very bad service.

BEWARE! Do not order or spend hundreds of dollars on a juice cleanse online because the store won’t honor it and the Regional Manager does a great job at blowing off his customers and even the employees who try to help. Their website and my bank show that I paid for a 3-day juice cleanse and I have been to the store THREE TIMES to pick it up but the store location doesn’t show my order. Each time the Regional Manager has blown me and the staff off when reporting a problem and has yet to offer any solutions or give me the juices that I paid for! So frustrating how poor the leadership of this organization is. Corporate customer service number just rings and says “voicemail full”
Also ordered through the app and arrived at the time it said it would be ready. It wasn’t. Had to wait 17 minutes in the store for them to make it and then I finally got it and my smoothie bowl was watery
This store deserves to be out of business and I will be putting a message with the state. This place doesn’t deserve to be open. Mask mandates have been lifted on alachua county. What they are doing is a VIOLATION OF RIGHTS! How can a “health store” still require you to wear a “mask” that has been proven to not even protect you from COVID, and it deprives you of breathing! Our very first way of detoxification is through the breath. You’ll never get my business. And you will be getting a letter of closure if you don’t lift your ILLEGAL “mandation”Mandation and law are two different things and our constitutional rights SUPERCEDE your pity mandates.Nobody should EVER buy from this place you are feeding a corporate empire not a local business.
My friend and I (both fully vaccinated) were not allowed to enter this location without face masks. The Alachua county ordinance requiring masks has expired, and CoVid numbers are down in the county. They will never have my business.
