I had an amazing lunch here with very authentic Korean food. The 제육덥밥 (Pork over rice) tasted like I was back in Seoul on a side street eating some fantastic authentic food. I'm sure they have a good sushi but don't overlook the Korean lunch and dinner options... for lunch menu had amazing portions too. Sang was a great host! I wasn't expecting this level of excellent Korean food in Gainesville.

Need to try this place AT LEAST ONCE! The servers are welcoming and warm without being overwhelming, seeming like college students at UF giving to the community. They are very patient with all new customers, where your experience is completed with heart warming food. The portions are also generous! We ordered chicken teriyaki, one of their soups, fried streak/chicken, and a bowl.-The chicken teriyaki was cooked to a soft melting texture with amazing seasoning and rice to balance the meal on the side. Also beautiful presentation.-My party said the soup was good but the only complain was that it took VERY long to cool down.-Another person from my party came back to get the fried food a SECOND time because it was that good!-We liked the bowl (which is easily customizable) and left a few pieces because it was so filling.

I ate a lunch menu, which was an authentic Korean dish. Compared to Atlanta "Korea town", this place was not less authentic or delicious. Very friendly, reasonably priced, delicious! I highly recommend this place.

Great Korean restaurant with a large menu to accommodate. Staff is very welcoming and attentive. Large table seating suitable for groups both small and large.Food quality was great. The drinks portion was very surprising, yet smart. Comes in a very large cup, if I had to estimate, was about 1 pint. Never had to ask for a refill. We ordered the lunch pick-2 sushi combo, Korean Fried Chicken, Seafood Pajun, and Nabeyaki Udon. The udon bowl was HUGE. Sushi quality was great. The fried chicken was crunchy and sauce it came with was savory. Seafood Pajun was tasty as well. All in all, was an unexpected great experience for coming in on a whim. Would gladly return for the huge portions with no sacrifice on quality.

Awesome food! Had the momochips for an appetizer... totally recommend! Then I had the bulgogi hotpot! Delicious! It's a sweet potato starch type of noodles.. so if you don't like soft textures it isn't for you. But if you can! Do it! Awesome flavored broth and full of veggies. Kim chi is fantastic! A strawberry and a green tea mochi was the perfect way to finish the meal. Will come back! My overly white friend was expanding her taste buds and she had a great experience also!

Went with a large group of 10+. We were the first party to show up during lunch time and food/appetizers came out fairly quickly and at the same time. The sushi was good, but I’ve had similar quality/quantity of the same roll for $5 less a roll. Multiple people had the soup and nobody liked it. Must be why it’s only $1 a bowl with an entree. The best part of all the food was the batter they used for frying. It was very light but crispy - excellent. The shrimp Yaki udon was my favorite of the entrees. Good flavor and the shrimp tasted fresh. The meat in the katsu was tough, the chicken teriyaki tasted like Tyson chicken. The restaurant has obviously been updated over the years and would be better off moving to a nicer location given what they have been working with. Exterior areas converted to interior with sloped floors and exterior window frames now in place on the interior despite no glass being remaining. The parking lot and exterior entrance seems like that of a 30 year old Pizza Hut entrance. Service was good, servers and kitchen staff seem happy, very slow on drink refills though.Overall decent quality food but I feel it’s overpriced for the quality of food and appeal of the location. Charge $2-5 more per entree and move to a new location.

Truly a gem. You are greeted by a warm hostess who genuinely cares and takes you to your seat. A seating area that looks really nice but yet friendly and carefree to bring the kids to. The seating areas can accommodate a couple, family, corporate lunch, and yet feels casual. You also see touches of pictures of family, staff, and ancestry around the place. It is really a nice touch. It makes it feel warm and genuine. Now the food is so amazing and it makes me proud to eat because they do a really great job in balancing modern and yet traditional dishes. I had the pork belly, tempura cheesecake and ate from my dates plate too. Which was just as amazing. Definitely a must restaurant if you want great authentic Asian food in a warm atmosphere.

We went to this location on Valentine's Day, after two other locations were closed (it was a Monday). Luckily they got us in quickly, and the service was great. We splurged, and got the sushi boat, which I believe came with 5 sushi rolls of your choice. This was my first time here, and certainly not the last. We enjoyed our meal and server, and plan on coming back for future events.

Tasty Korean cuisine, nice ambiance and friendly service.
