Terrible service, served the guy behind me first after waiting for the same exact thing to finish on the grill. Doesn’t tell you they are out of any soda products so they just charge you for you to find out it’s only lemonade and tea. Would have been nice to know before I spent $6 on fountain drinks. Definitely won’t be coming back to this place again
Menu had changed since I was last there, seemed like less options and not as much fun. They had the Coke machines which should have had multiple flavors but only the plain sodas were coming up (no choice to add cherry, vanilla or other flavors to the soda). I still enjoyed my quesadilla and chips but it just wasn't the same now that it is not called a John Coctostan...
Friendly staff but lack of upkeep regarding food items, almost out of mushrooms so only one of us got any and it wasn't much, the lettuce was just starting to turn brown, the guac had a nice layer of brown so that was out, both types of rice were dried onto the bottom of the pans and he scraped out a small amount for each item. On the salsa bar they were out of kaiser and another salsa, the rest had less than a ladle's depth left in the bowl. My wife prevented me from saying anything but definitely will not be back during the week for dinner.
Food was good overall pretty clean except the bathrooms. It was so gross didnt even use the restroom. Informed the guy up front he shrugged but never went to clean it. Literally there was poop all over the floor walls and toilet.
I verified the closing time before arriving at this particular location. Living just 5 minutes away, I arrived at 9:18 pm, on Wednesday night. Everything was already removed from station. To my understanding, closing time was 10 pm. How is it that I couldn’t necessarily order what I wanted? Not only was there a toddler walking around without shoes but she was also entering and exiting the kitchen. There wasn’t any guacamole or beans as well as barely any rice. What is the purpose of closing time being 10pm if your customers cannot order much of anything after 9pm? Or have to ask if they are closed due to what is being depicted as the grills are being cleaned and stations being emptied. I specifically came to this establishment for guacamole. This veteran is highly dissatisfied with the service received, I will not be returning, will warn any other person interested to avoid this location as well as sending an email to corporate. This is unacceptable and very inappropriate.
If you want to come here, don't. I recommend the next nearest Moe's. Pretend like this one doesn't exist. Not only are the staff members rude, the food quality is not nearly at the Moe's standard. Avoid at all costs (seriously, spend a few dollars on gas to go to the one on archer).
Really gross. When we walked in, only 1 person in line ahead of us, waited 10 minutes. A girl came from the back kitchen, took a hit off of her vape and blew it by the food, and started putting together a to go order. Food was dried out and the service was terrible. I will definitely not be back. Who should pay a visit is the health inspector.
Moe’s 686 was very disappointing tonight we arrived and No Welcome as they usually do, I ordered the HW and my wife ordered the the Stack come to find out I have $1.00 up charge for chicken and my wife had a $3.00 up charge for pulled pork and found this out at the register and the person who made are meals also rang us up and said your meal charge depends on the meat you get ? and I received about 10 chips and my wife about the same amount over all our dinner was over $30.00 with drinks and tax and my wife had to bring her meal home to warm it up because it was cold and the person said it was on the grill for a minute we don’t think that was long enough, well guess we won’t be coming back to this location.
