After paying over $20 for a large burrito and queso the burrito looks like a child’s meal, like the leftovers were just stuck in my burrito. There were barely any chips overall this is absolutely just disappointing.
I fully expect to be on the toilet all night after eating dinner here. This place has really gone down hill. Food looks and tastes awful. God bless my colon.
Has a great dining experience at this Moes. There was a mistake on our end in the order but the manager fixed it for us and I was blown away by how kind she was!
Disgusting, really dirty restaurant when I went in tonight employees were wearing personal clothes not uniforms. I used to love this location wanted to order had to leave.
Employees wear airpods while taking orders, messing up basic requests. Completely out of basic items. Came it to everyone in the back room, no one at the front counter, had to wait around for someone to even come. In that time, they managed to burn a ton of food on the grill, which had to be wasted. Once I finally got my food, I realized the employee piles about a pound and a half of beans on a single nacho. Way too much given I requested a normal amount. Food was extremely bland because of this. Cashier also messed up and charged me more than was meant to be charged. Terrible service

Last night was the WORST visit we've ever had at Moe's!!! They had No salsa out to eat with our chips... and at first told us they were out of chips until 1 of the other employees went to the back and got some more...No beans at all for our burritos/quesadillas ....and seemed very unhygienic when making our food... The restaurant just seemed dirty. I got no tomatoes on one of the burritos and my son said there was still tomatoes in it. We eat at other Moe's locations and have always had A+++ food and service but this location/visit was very unsatisfactory for the money spent! Their women's restroom was out of order as well so we had to guard the men's room to use the potty. The men's restroom really smelled like urine and was dirty. The staff was friendly but we were in there for 30min just to make our food and there was literally 1 other family already sitting down and that's it for the whole store so not really sure what was the reason for the slow food service. Again, a very unsatisfactory experience.
I seriously want to know if both this location and the Archer location are owned by the same people. I gave this location a chance with a delivery order and they let me down. We ordered double steak, with everything except rice and beans. The order that we received was under portioned. there was barely any steak or anything other then a ton of sour cream. When we called they said we would have to talk to the manager. Then hung up. Moe's used to be a good company but they have really gone down hill.
I don't like processed food and do not trust that this food is truly healthy.It's just like a Taco Bell with twice the price
Great service Shalamar cox is very nice attendence the best burrito in town
