Went through drive thur & was told to pull up to the 3rd window which there isn’t one.Sat at the invisible 3rd window for 10-15 minutes.Went inside and was told they are making my sandwich fresh.Another 10 minutes pass as I watched the person making the sandwich’s leave from station with these sandwiches sitting there for at least another 5 minutes.Orders are going out the drive through window & my sandwich is just sitting there getting cold .When I finally received my food it was cold.So I just left because I wasn’t going to wait any longer & I’ll hear it up when back home.Picture is of sandwiches with no one around.Oh & the ice cream machine is always out of order. So if you are in a time crunch I suggest going to gas station next to it if so.
Particularly, I appreciate the people skills of McDonald's employees in recent years. They are very warm and friendly. Also, there's a website in place called JW.ORG. It contains timely information based on practical principles that can help us cope with life's problems now, and it points to what God is soon to do for the entire human family.
Employees working morning shift on Sunday were treating everything like a joke and having fun and would not allow me to order a hot coffee. They insisted it must be an iced coffee and after my husband starting getting upset with them I said ill take the iced. A very weird experience that's no doubt costing this location a lot of business.
As normal McDonald's did Not disappoint. Amazing breakfast. Love the waffles. Good biscuit and gravy too.
Service and was quick. The hash brown and sweet tea were yummy, but the 2 sausage biscuits we received were very burnt and dry. I personally never would have served something that looked that horrible. So my experience is mixed.
Only one order kiosk was working yet the staff was unwilling to assist patrons in placing orders. The most helpful person/employee in the entire restaurant was the maintenance man. Such a gentleman, very patient actually let people know that only one kiosk was working and asked people to please be patient and make an orderly line. When I mentioned to the staff behind the counter that people were leaving because no one was willing to assist us the answer was; "we cannot concern ourselves with that, drive thru is more important". Well there you go.I will never visit that McDonald's again and neither will the other 15 people that walked out. Wow to be told that!!!!?
Need more employees. Don't like standing in line for 15 minutes and no cashier to take my money. My order doesn't get started until it's paid for. Needs to say that at checkout at kiosk. Find this store very impersonal. You place your order at the kiosk which is quite confusing then wait for a long while due to under staffing. Not returning!
Walked into this location having a serious struggle day. The registers were down, so orders had to happen through the kiosks as self service, but staff was too busy, or distracted, to let customers know, so the chaos began at the start. Orders were prepared and ready at random for the dining room while the drive through kept on rolling. No ice was available in the dining room. I actually went across the street and PAID for ice at the convenience store to bring it back for our party because the staff said they didn't have time to fill the ice for the self serve machines, while also filling drinks with ice, from the back, for the drive through. Customers in the dining room faced long waits and incorrect orders and a completely overwhelmed staff. Trashcans were overflowing and there was vomit in the urinal on the men's room. Really terrible customer service and experience in pretty much every way.
They don't actually want you to order food here. They make you sit at the drive through order window until you just give up and drive away. I've given up 3 times after sitting at the drive through order kiask for 10+ minutes each time.
Staff is nice but all 4 of our burgers were wrong. We even used the kiosk to make sure it was all spelled out. Even one of the replacement burgers was wrong. So make sure you have time to check (and fix) your meal before you leave. Also they told us after we got our drinks that we shouldn't use the ice because it's contaminated. No sign or any other indication that Health Codes would require. I will say that the manager swept in and got things back in order, so that's why this experience is not zero stars. Corporate, please allow them to pay employees more so they're not so short staffed. Their tea is top notch tho.
