Horrible place. Pulled in thr drive thru just to be told to walk I to place the order. Walked in, the computers are down, people waiting to either get their food or place an order. The self service to place an order was down as well. Ended up leaving. The tine I was inside the cashier's attitude was too much. She was talking down to people that have been waiting 25 min for their fries. I will not recommend this place. To top it off, it wasn't clean either.
All of the McDonald’s in Gainesville have very rude employees but this McDonald’s is by far the worst. I walked in to place an order and was attempted to use the kiosk and none of them were working. I attempted to get any of the employees attention but was ignored for a good 5 minutes before the manager looked at me and said read the sign. There was a small sign on one of the registers saying only mobile orders inside the restaurant. The manager then continued to roll her eyes and shake her head as she walked away. This means that if someone who doesn’t have a car or a phone can’t eat at McDonald’s after a certain time. I don’t understand the lack of customer service and assistance to the customers. There were other people in front of me that didn’t even get any help until I arrived and kept trying to get the attention of an employee. . I just do not understand why the owners can’t put a stop to this. Hire better people!
The food was completely standard although the staff was very rude. While waiting to order we waited 5+ minutes, but we didn't really mind the wait, since they were obviously busy. I will mention that were joking amongst ourselves about gas prices since we were just sitting there. Once we got the window they never even spoke to us. The man at the window just held out his hand for our card without even looking at us. The other man just handed us our food without confirming ANYTHING. The man that took our order was also very rude. Overall very disappointed.
Ok so I'm driving with a delivery service and I have had to cancel 2/3 orders for this restaurant because they are getting ready for breakfast and the orders are on there screen but they can't make them because they are getting ready for breakfast I have been waiting for over 30 minutes from the 3rd order that has came through for the same reason I would just like to know how you can be a 24hr location and still have to close down for an hour just to switch over to breakfast and already have your eggs and burritos cooked 30+ minutes before you open back up but still not do orders that have been placed while you're getting things ready like seriously WHY and HOW
The weight was extremely long, clearly understand during peak hours. The manager was running the drive-thru, she had a nasty attitude. You don't take your frustrations that you have on your employees out on your customers. Essentially shoving the food and drink through the window of my car for both orders. Do better!
If I could give zero stars I would! Ordered a happy meal and 2 sandwiches it took over 45 minutes to get the food (we were in yhe drive thru) and everything was wrong. After they fixed it the burger was then extremely pink. we have tried them 2 times and we are officially done with this place. I do NOT recommend them. Just go one more exit down to the next one they are so much better.
Bad food and service at a high price. Not my McDonald's from my Era. This corporate store lost a long time supporter. Never have I ever sat in a parking lot for 45 minutes and listen to management and staff bad mouth other working staff and management! Totally need to come grips with bad moral.
This place blows. After getting food in the drive-thru and discovering 3 items missing, I go in to retrieve them, only to be told I was in fact given the food even though the bag clearly was missing them. They REFUSE to give me the food that I paid for, insisting I received it. They also gave me the wrong drink, but at that point I was just ready to leave. Do not recommend unless you want to pay for food you won't get.
Today, I went through the drive thru. Yes the line was long and slow moving. I ordered special made big Mac & fries. All & I mean all of the food was cold. This makes no sense to me. Now I rarely go to McDonald's but guess now I won't be going back.
It's McDonald's, you know what to expect. This location tends to have long lines at the drive-thru. Perhaps, that is to be expected also. Going inside is usually much faster service.
