What a great sandwich shop. I ordered three BLT+A sandwiches and a New Yorker. The available sides that come with the sandwich are great. My wife had a fruit cup, the boys had chips but I opted for the soup, of which there are several to pick from. I selected the Chicken Tortilla and it was no delicious. I could have eaten a gallon it was so good. I was there at a good time as it wasn't too busy. The staff was very patient since this was my first visit. I'll definitely be going back.
I stopped in after work at hobby lobby and ordered 2 spuds to go, one of them was the black angus, and the other was spud max! When I got home to eat there was only tiny traces of meat on them, what huge disappointment it was, paying $22.00 for only a baked potato. I don't recommend getting to go orders, they rip you off, if i didn't live so far away i would've taken it back, and demanded to speak to the manager. I hope the managers see and read these comments, my sister and I went there for lunch last Saturday and had spuds, they were outstanding in the restaurant, raved to family and co-workers on how good they were, but NotAnymore!!!!!!!!!!saddened, Kristin Donahue.
It had been a long time since I had visited this location. It appears they have done a 180. Good food, good customer service from the staff, and a very clean facility, thank you.
Good sized portions. Seating outside and inside. The caesar wrap tasted great. We also had the club sandwich. It was pretty much two full sandwiches stacked on top of each other. Salad was yummy.
First time eating here and I was impressed, food was awesome, service was good, had a very enjoyable lunch.
This is one of our go-to lunch places have never had a bad meal there The staff is always been courteous kind the place is clean it's why we keep coming back
The person who took my order called us over, then proceeded to type away at her computer. She not ready to take our order. I can’t imagine what she was doing as there was no one at the counter. She talked over me to ask my daughter what I wanted. I felt that was disrespectful as no one should be treated like that. When I asked her a question she refused to answer. I did not confront her at the time or point it out. which I regret. Management should really do better with customer service training. The Rueben had no thousand island and very little sauerkraut. The meat was dried out. My sandwich was as you can imagine dry and salty. I did eat it as the food is expensive. I didn’t feel like driving back through traffic to get my money back.
Started off with issues with just ordering. Then took 4 tries to run my card. Then what was the one thing I had to wait for...? My drink. Everyone who had any type of authority decided to step out for what I would imagine was a smoko.
It gets one star because of the excellent front end staff who were kind, attentive and gracious about refunding our money.Tomato bisque tasted acidic like tomato paste, baked potato tasted as if it had already spent several days in a fridge, entree salad was a disorganized mess in what would pass for cereal bowl and a dangerous step was painted bright yellow in a way that obscured the step..my partner almost fell..I am sure I would stumbled too...dangerous!Cook came out to sit at outdoor seating a few tables down, smoking a cigarette and loudly blasting a football game...
Placed an online order for pickup for dinner around 5 ish. Order was accepted and paid for via the app. Got there and the store was closed with a sign saying they close at 4pm. Tried calling multiple times to get a refund and they NEVER called back. What a hassle. Horrible customer service. Never again!!!
