We recently enjoyed an early dinner at this establishment for the first time and both of us were very impressed. I don't eat a lot of meat and I am very picky about what meat I do eat. Hubby got the plate that included chicken, steak and ribs. This dish was plentiful and flavorful! I ordered the Carne Asada bowl thinking I would give the steak to my hubby; however, after tasting a bite, there was NO WAY he was getting any of this! Again, the bowl included beans, rice, steak and more. The steak was perfect with the delicious seasonings and char from the grill. There was so much, I had left overs for 2 days!Don't hesitate to try this place. I'm picky when it comes to food and if I left a happy customer, then so will you! BTW, service was great and prices were more than decent for the amount of food you get.
Just so flavorless, it’s not worth the calories or the $10. Second time there - friend wanted to go so I went. We are even within walking distance and refuse to go. Better to eat cereal at home.

Both chicken, ribs, and black beans have great flavor. French fries are bland. The family meal is great value for the money.

First time visiting and I loved it! I had a chicken chimichanga and it was so amazing! Chicken very flavorful and wasn’t dry at all. I was only able to eat about half, though, it was so filling!
I really wanted to write a better review...The chicken is excellent. They should keep their focus and attention on the core offering so that it stays at a very high level. The expanded menu items are mostly mediocre.Ultimately the problem isn't with the food but with consistency and service.This is the type of restaurant where you don't trust that your take-out was correctly assembled. Do you ever get that prophetic feeling that a restaurant will forget important details like sauces or 'white vs. dark' meat? This is definitely THAT type of place.Additionally, thequality of the food will vary by time of day. Sometimes you get a dessicated fossil of a bird and sometimes you get a moist and perfecly spiced piece of poultry.Bottom line: when they are on point, the food is excellent and you get the best rotisserie for a top notch fast-casual experience. When they aren't, you wish you'd stopped at publix instead. Up to you to roll the dice!
Thought it was really quality food. Looking forward to coming back and trying some of their other menu options. I would suggest having hot sauce available as a condiment though.
There doordash app and the bitesquad app are completely different. Butesquad doesn’t offer any of the Spanish sodas or horchata and the doordash app doesn’t offer pico de gallo like bitesquad does. Asked to talk to a manager about why they have such different menus on each app and was told there was no manager? So who’s closing the restaurant?? Lol. I guess it’s typical for people to not know what is going on in a store they work in. Gainesville.. food was ok i guess.
The food was disgusting the fact that there was an unpleasant taste in the meat had and may I Include the fact that they got my order wrong and the cashier and her helper offer a bad service due to the behavior that was presented to the customer with a bad behavior and the disgusting bathroom that don’t offer for the customer clean and safe environment and the way that the service was produced was neglected on a negative effect.And to be honest the fact that I can’t post this without giving a star is honestly lucky enough for them. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND
