I was hopeful to have a good Peruvian restaurant in town but i was very disappointed after trying it. Living in south Florida we have been exposed to amazing Peruvian food, specially some great home cooked meals from our Peruvian friends. Im not sure how this restaurant has good reviews. Their Anticuchos was tough and chewy, their corn was burnt, the Tallarines Verde and papa a la huancaina were cold and we had to ask them to reheat the food. The Chicken Jalapeño and the tallarines were tasteless, and the Alfajores barely had any dulce de leche, it was all cookie and no filling. The staff was friendly. They did not remove the empty appetizer plates from the table when they brought the main course and sat there till after we got the check. We will not be returning.

Not sure how this place has good reviews, but here is my story.First time decided to go this place. I try and support small business.Me and an employee ordered Rice black beans, and pork.We waited like 15min. You would think that food is being cooked fresh. When we got are food, it was cold. It wasn't busy at all it was 2 other tables being served. Then as I cut into the pork, as Gordon Ramsey would say...it was rawww.Waitress didn't check on us until approx. Another 15min for me to tell her it was raw. Then I showed her and it seemed like she didn't know what to do. I was so hungry I did eat the rice and beans. She did offer to cook it longer but I decided not to order anything else. So she charged me for the rice, beans and the drink. I believe it's customary to not charge unsatisfied customer, but I paid what they charged me.If they would of removed my charge I would have left a large tip as a thanks, but nope.I hope people are watching what they are eating for those high reviews, but it was a bad experience. My friends pork was partially cooked and other was raw. He ate what he could and left raw meat. He was fully charged. No 2nd chance.

Family owned and operated serving up authentic, delicious Latin cuisine with focus on Peruvian food. Anticuchos, ceviche, Lomo all fantastic

I've been to Peru and its hard to find amazing pervian food. the place is a blessing to me by bringing back memories of when i was in Peru ❤

Super delicious Peruvian and Latin cuisine. Lovely family owned and operated. This is a great find, a must try! We loved it!

Great quality, great presentation! Homemade chicha morada <3 Get ANYTHING you can’t go wrong!

Love everything about this small restaurant! Local family serves guacamole, smoothies, and empanadas at the Haile Plantation Farmers market has their own restaurant! Tried it and loved it. Fresh everything!! Can't go wrong with any selection. They even came to our table and served us different cremes and spices to compliment our meal.

I recently moved from NYC to Gainesville Fl , so my husband and I were looking for Peruvian restaurants to eat and thankfully we found this restaurant. The food was amazing . The service was great too ! We were served by the owner who was very kind . I am Peruvian and all I can say is I recommend this place with my eyes closed! If you want authentic Peruvian food come to this restaurant you won’t regret it :)!

Such a surprise finding this new pace offering Peruvian food at Gainesville. I tried there the Aji de Gallina, Yuca a la Huancaina, and the Arroz Chaufa... It was amazing and super close to the original taste that you expect from a traditional Peruvian place in Miami and Lima. I highly recommend this place. You can also find many traditional Peruvian beverages and desserts. I will be back soon! I craving for trying next time the Suspiro Lime;o and the Arroz con Leche with Mazamorra Morada (one of my favorite desserts). In addition, the customer service was really friendly and the place ressembles as a traditional cozy Peruvian restaurant. Thanks for putting so much effort on this!

Super nice customer service with excellent food. The serving sizes were generous and the cafe con leche was fantastic.
