I have never been to a Just Salad before and I must say this one has blown me away!! It is expensive but worth every penny. The GM was very professional and welcoming as I entered the store and the staff were equally knowledgeable and friendly. I ordered an LTO summer salad and am eating it as I type. Everything is fresh and delicious! The made in house honey mustard vinaigrette was flawlessly executed. I will definitely be back for more!
I ordered a vegan bowl, but they were out of vegan feta. I'm not vegan, so I don't care, and they gave me real feta as a replacement for no extra charge
Horrible. We ordered through DoorDash. We got the Rancher and my mom had a customized salad. To say the least, her salad was not made the way she wanted. It lacked tomatoes and wontons. My rancher also sucks. The corn tastes weird and the rice is pretty much raw. Like I can’t even chew it. The cherry on top was not receiving ANY dressing. I’m supposed to get a vinaigrette and ranch with my bowl but they’re back at the store I guess. My mom is currently headed to the hospital cafeteria in search of ranch. They forgot the bread too. She got a $6 refund so that’s something. Definitely wouldn’t order from here again and would discourage anyone reading this from ordering here.
It just opened up on UF campus and very close to major locations. The food was very fresh and delicious. I gave it 3 stars because of staffing. They had 2 people working which was not enough to make salads and take money at the same time.
Awful customer service. I ordered food online for pickup. And no one notified me that they were out of proteins and sides. The restaurant told me that I could pick up my food the next day. When I got to the restaurant the employees had no idea what was going on. Getting a hold of customer service was extremely hard since they took a long time to answer the calls or texts. When I finally got my order to go they gave me the food with missing ingredients and no dressing. I am extremely disappointed with my food and the service. I also payed a lot of money for this order. Extremely overpriced and not worth it.
Ordered a Thai chicken salad. The geniuses forgot the chicken. Second time this has happened. The salad is good but come on. Check your items before leaving the store.
If you’re a UF student you know exactly what I’m talking about when I say that the service here is genuinely unacceptable. I’ve worked in food service for 3+ years and I completely understand that everybody has bad days and isn’t operating at a hundred percent, but the people that work here are just down right mean. They are extremely condescending and dismissive. They have terrible tones and attitudes and make costumers feel super unwelcome.Foods gas tho
This place used to be great but lately everything has gone extremely downhill. The size of the servings have gotten much smaller. The store is constantly out of ingredients and the substitutions seem old and aren't fresh. Customer service is terrible and the food isn't made until you arrive at the store regardless of when your pick up time for an online order is. Although this used to be a great restaurant I would now recommend everyone avoid it.
Regularly out of ingredients in their standard salads. My roasted buffalo cauliflower salad today was missing cauliflower. The other night I went, there was no protein at all. I was told to tell my friends they were going to start staying open later, and I couldn’t help but think, with what food? Additionally, the past few times I went, they did not begin making my online order until I got there (45 minutes after I had ordered). Used to love Just Salad, but I definitely will not be back for a while.
They are always out of vegetables that are essential ingredients in their standard salads and bowls. This last time I ordered delivery they forgot all dressings and were out of 4 things listed on their menu. Very disappointing experience from a place that has potential.
