We were in the store 20 minutes ago. We left before ordering because the guy who works in the kitchen also takes order. He touches registrar machine and money with same gloves he make subs without changing his gloves, he make subs and get orders. So nasty

Don’t know how it’s humanly possible that I got my order in less than 15 minutes, for a delivery order. You guys rock! Plus, the food is always good. Keep up the good work :)

Working in customer service as well as in the healthcare field, customer satisfaction and safety are of the essence. Unfortunately, it appears that these ideals are not of top priority at this location. I e-mailed the following message when asked for feedback regarding my order.I had placed a mobile order on February 3, one of many that we usually do. I work at the VA Medical Center and Jimmy Johns is a staple in my unit’s lunchtime plans. During one of my commutes home, my wife asked that I pick up some dinner from your 3205 Clark Butler Blvd. Unit 10 location. While the service was relatively slow and wasn’t ready despite it being placed 20-30 minutes prior. That was not an issue, considering I work at the hospital, I understand the current COVID situation and how it affects staffing.My main concern is with the certain work ethic/appropriateness of staff. I have pictures that accompany what I observed. I don’t believe that it is appropriate protocol for staff to be eating cookies while handling customer food. I also don’t believe it to be protocol for staff to eat cookies while looking over bags with customer food in it, and for crumbs that were in their mouth to be included in customer food bags. This location should re-educate their staff on appropriate work policies, protocols and overall professionalism, considering that it has lost the business of myself and 40 other unit staff members here at the VA Medical Center, who regularly order from Jimmy Johns. I left feedback February 3, and still had not heard anything back.Please let me know if would like pictures of the staff member eating while handling food, or if you have any questions. This is unacceptable, and while I expect to be exposed to poor hygiene and disease at

the G.M. should be fired. they don't care about their customers was told that jimmy johns would be opened whether they had customers or not. they don't follow simple instructions they are rude. every time I am there they always are yelling at customers and cutting them off. this is by far the worst ever experience I have ever had. Asked for the G.M name they refused to give it so I could call corporate. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else. this is one company that will never get another dime from my business or corporation.

I came in this afternoon intending to use a gift card I was given. After ordering for 5 people, I used my gift card. Since the gift card was only $10, I also had to use my debit card. So I pay the $10 from my gift card, and the guy taking my payment says my balance left is $22. I use my debit card to pay for the remaining balance and go sit down to wait for our food. A few minutes later, he says I owe another $.20. confused.... I go back up to the register where another lady says, "no, she should owe more than $.20". She starts pressing away on her computer and enters in that I owe $9.80. I try swiping my gift card and it doesn't work... so I try again and it still doesn't work. I tried explaining that it isn't working bc I've already swiped it on the other purchase that they've cleared out. She says, "I know, that's why I added $9.80". After going back and forth with her for a few minutes, the line backing up... she says "I don't know what you want me to do. The card has nothing on it and it's being declined... do want to try it again?!" with an attitude. I tell her no because I'm just not going to go back and forth with someone who clearly doesn't care to understand the situation and what was happened. So I continue to pay in full for our lunch, and Jimmy John's gets an extra $10. On top of that, this was the slowest location I've been to. We waited about 10 minutes for our order, and there were maybe 2 people in front of us... and one of our sandwiches was made incorrectly. Not sure what's going on with this location, I've never had an issue until today.

DO NOT GO HERE! This is not freaky fast. It appears that have one rude employee. She told us we could not come in to pick up our order through the app; we had to go through the drive-thru. At the drive-thru, she said we had to pull up and wait behind another car. Still waiting.....
