Disappointed that you no longer get double protein with any of the Favorites subs, even though you are paying more to get double than on the Original subs. What’s up with that? Makes me rethink buying my subs from Jimmy John’s now. Will have to try other sub shops and see what value for my buck can get me. I’d like to feel like I’m getting a deal instead of feeling like I’m being ripped off. Sorry Jimmy John’s, but that’s just wrong!
Freaky fast. Easy to use app to order ahead to have it ready.
They were busy. The employees were helpful when the app had confused our pick up order with a delivery order. The sandwiches have a generous amount of toppings.

Took an hour and a half and when I called to check they were very rude again and again and again. Don’t expect fast here, this is the fourth time in a row they’ve been slow. I wish that I could give them no stars. I keep hoping that they'll get better and they don't. Not sure what's going on here but this will be my last time ordering. Panara is much faster.
Waited almost an hour to get my food and we are both on Archer rd. Delivery driver was nice. But after all the wait my order was wrong.
Took an hour and a half to receive my order, realized it was because they only had one driver, while they’re running a special. Shout out to the driver for working so hard, I hope the Management staff really show appreciation to him because I would have quit if I was left on my own like that. I do think this staffing issue needs to be addressed. “Freaky Fast” is the motto of Jimmy Johns, but it’s not so effective when it takes an hour and a half and there is only one driver.
Had a #10 Double Meat Roast ? sub. Loaded. One of the very best sandwiches. Friendly staff. You won't be disappointed!
