Jersey Mike’s is my favorite place for Subs until a few days ago. I walked in, no customers and the workers were standing around doing nothing. There was one white guy, two black guys and one black girl. The tables were disgusting and I asked for a menu and they started laughing like it was a joke! Were they all stoned?!. I have never seen this place so dirty and unorganized. There was no way I was going to order anything. It was either Saturday or Sunday 5/14 or 5/15 ! The place has been clean and the employees were always great until this. Visit And it’s pretty difficult to get the image out of my head. I am so disappointed
I LOVE jersey mikes EXCEPT this location. I made an order for 8:10. It is now 8:30 and they told me "PLEASE HAVE A SEAT IT'S GOING TO BE A MINUTE" So I'm sitting here waiting on a sub with rude staff members putting us last. We ordered at 7:45. why should we wait AN HOUR FOR A COLD SUB? AND be skipped by new customers walking in, don't tell me to "skip the line" it was also a curbside...... but that didn't happen.
Excellent Sub I ever have in Gainesville ??The freshly baked sub bread with awesome chicken and Steak fillings with fresh veggies ,,,Believe me they were awesome,,,I went for first time and now a Big fan of this Beautiful Clean nice Place ,, ?
Excellent subs are perfectly made here employees are very nice and welcoming.
Every time my boyfriend and I come to this location, they are out of something.Today it was the tuna, and we were devastated. How come this location has such a hard time forecasting their supply needs when all the other locations seem to have their ordering on lockdown?Would be great if they could get it together.
The best subs in town. The original Philly steak is just as I remember in NY.

I got the buffalo chicken. Man that was really good! I didn't get the blue cheese Instead I got ranch ?? and the guy I dealt with was fantastic, really patient. I think he said his name is Keith.

Wow.... what a joke... took my family in tonight to grab a few subs.. had everyone settled down.. placed our order... got to pay... my total was $34.. handed them a hundred dollar bill... and was told they couldn't take it because it was probably counterfeit.. (they used no marker, no light machine, not even an old fashioned hold it to the light....) was then told I could take it next door to one of the other businesses to see if they could give me change for it... Ya sure let me lug all my kids in and out of all the other businesses to ask for change to give to a business I'm already at with money...
