Italian Sub was underwhelming if I may be gentle. Italian salume is supposed to pack lots of flavor. The filling of the sandwich I was served may just as well have been sliced turkey. It had almost NO, zero, zip taste. Bland! It was supposed to have olive oil on it. I couldn't taste it or find any sign of it. Also first time I've ordered a "full-sized" sub that wasn't a foot long. Publix makes a better sub with better fillings (the salume taste like salume should!) at a better price plus the order is made correctly.
We had great service and great sandwiches today! We went in at 11am on 2/21/22 and there was somebody being trained and the trainer was excellent! They were friendly and efficient.
Usually an excellent sub shop but this visit was a big disappointment, the guy shaved the meat so thin you could see through it and didn't put near as much on the sandwich. Won't go back to that location again.
Lettuce was looking ROUGH, not fully cleaning board in-between orders hope I don't get sick.Sandwich built improperly, bread cut improperly. Red hots soaked the thin bottom layer, thought that went on top? Stingy with pickles as well. Not even like they were busy, working on one carry out order and mine? Service is usually better but not today.
Really good. You can see the chef make the food. I like that. Clean and quick.
Got subs to go tonight. Best Mike's subs we've had and the staff was amazing. Great employees, they were so nice and personable!
This is my 4-5 time out of 6 times that the service has been to say the least, not up to par. No one will answer the phone to take call in orders, they are understaffed and although the gentleman at the counter was polite, he was extremely slow. I love the food here but I’m starting to grow aggravated of the wait times even on off peak hours. I hope management will see this and hire more help.
Located next to Publix and as usual one of the best selection of Subs from coast to coast.
Guy taking the order was all over the place. Anxiety inducing. Didn't want a giant cheese steak. I wanted one chicken cheese steak and one steak cheese steak. Literally talking over me while around m trying to order and not one thing was heard.
Love their sub sandwiches! Very fresh.
