Recently went again with my friends and had gelati it was very nice! Customer service even better. First time went when they opened it up. If you still need to try it...go now!

I love italian ice& custard---this place has quality and quantity nailed !!! Perfect location --with an awesome sitting area in front of their walk up shop. I love that they always have a wide variety and let you sample flavors . They offer the perfect dessert ! Thank you

There are various types of ice cream.You can always ask for free ice cream for tasting. If you download the app, you can get a notification when there's an event, and you can set up points. The staff are so kind that it's my favorite ice cream store in Gainsville.
I crave this stuff daily. I love getting text notifications for specials! Hasn't been a flavor I have disliked. On Halloween I took my pup with me because we had done a family trick or treat and they offered her a pup cup I CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF THIS PLACE!
First time I went I waited forever just for an employee to serve someone else before me even though I was standing at the counter. The Italian ice was good enough but I didn't realize most of the flavors actually have dairy and are not what I expect at all when I crave italian ice. Didn't realize at the time but I probably wouldn't come back.
super kind staff, knowledgeable about flavours and sampling, quick and easy ordering. staff especially is a highlight, always sweet and enthusiastic. plenty of flavours and combinations to try, will continue to keep coming back !
We have only tried a few flavors, but they have all been yummy! The staff is always nice too. My daughter was having a rough morning after having a tooth pulled. She perked right up after having yummy Jeremiah’s!
