A poor buffet with limited choice and too expensive. We went to lunch on Sunday and there was one veg starter samosa which was fresh and delicious. Nothing else to write about, there were two non veg starters, both chicken (one of them was a semi gravy chilli chicken), no fish or shrimp.Veg biryani was some colored rice with peas, none of the other entrees stood out either. There were 3 desserts which were OK but my wife found some bitter taste in the mango ice cream.Interestingly, a group of 4-5 people were about to enter the restaurant while we were leaving. They seemed to ask another couple about the restaurant, who were leaving at the same time. Then the group chose to go to the other Indian restaurant in the same building.
This is my second visit. Owner also owns the food store and butcher shop, so bring your cooler if you drive a distance to enjoy the best indian food I have ever eaten. I ordered Baigen Bharta (eggplant baked in the overn and cooked with fresh tomatoes, onions, cilantro & spices). Also had cheese naan. Order off the menuTues-Sun. They open for dinner at 5pm. Next time I will go for the lunch buffet which has now resumed now that Covid is on the wane. Buffet is served Tues-Fri 11:30-2:30. Sat/Sun is Noon-3. Adult price is $22.99 and kids are $11.99. Take out from buffet is $11.99 per pound. Not open on Monday.
I really love this place as I go frequently and always order the butter naan.Unfortunately, I bought 2 butter naans per usual, as I like to snack on them and sadly saw that there was a small bug cooked INTO the bread. I have never had an issue with their food or anything, but maybe I was just unlucky this time.
I was a regular buffet eater until they shut down after pandemic. Now I see buffet is recently open, with almost double the price which is understandable due to inflation etc. but the food quality was pathetic, biryani was smelly, most chicken dishes were stale and extremely dry chicken. I’m glad I only ate selective item and avoided possible food poisoning. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Quality is extremely degraded, very disappointed
I've gone twice, and asked for the same thing: chicken Tikka masala with rice and garlic naan.The first time, they got my order right, and it was comparable with other places I've been.The second time, I received my basmati and garlic naan, but what was supposedly chicken Tikka masala was some form of chicken kebabs on a fajita/cast iron platter with peppers and onions.I'm not against trying different forms of Indian, but I wanted my comfort food and got something completely different.It really put me off ordering again, but the only other Indian in town is downtown and parking is terrible when you just want to pop in, grab your food and go home.
Good taste, a little more expensive than similar places. They wouldn’t allow us to use our gift card for the place. It’s good for the market and the Indian restaurant but he insisted that we just go and use it next door. No reason as to why we couldn’t use a gift card that had the name Indian Cuisine and its address on it, just told me to go next door for groceries Since it’s the same owner. Would have given it a much better review but we walked out paying $38 for two take out meals that were just meat and rice. Like I said food is good but it was a rather scammy experience.
We both had the thali, a collection of small portions of a variety of dishes. I had the vegetarian version, my husband the meat version. The portion of naan was generous and we had the leftovers for supper that evening. Delicious!
Indian Cuisine is my favorite! The food is always amazing, and the customer service is top notch. I’ve been trying something new every time I visit, and the servers are always helpful with recommendations. I cannot say enough good things about Indian Cuisine!
Very nice very clean restaurant. First time there, had no idea about Indian food. The waiter was not real helpful. But we did get through it and the food that we picked out was very good.
First time here and did not disappoint. Staff is super friendly and the food was amazing. If you like this type of cuisine you won't be disappointed here. Definitely going back!
