Doordashed. My sister's pancakes were missing, nieces eggs were missing, no gravy on country fried steak. Called the store and asked if I could order something small and have missing items replaced and sent with the small order (as we don't have much money and sister got to sit hungry). Was left on hold by Amy, pretty sure she forgot about the call. I usually don't cause a stink and tried to give a reasonable solution, but just bad customer service all around.
It’s always a hit or somewhat miss. There’s only been a handful of times where everything went right and tasted good. It’s either they’re missing something important (chicken, strawberry or biscuits) or if they do have everything, not everywhere will taste perfect. If it does taste perfect, it’s busy and staff is pretty slow. Also, I don’t always get my slip of paper to redeem points. Slow or busy times, it seems pretty random if I get it or not. It’s still a pretty good overall experience for having breakfast any time of the day, I still go a few times a month but I just wish for some consistency.
Very friendly atmosphere, they greeted us warmly and our server was great. The food came out quick and it was very good. Overall great experience. The manager even came around to ask if we were good. First time I've experienced this at an IHop restaurant.
This was my first good experience at an IHOP! The waitress was the nicest person ever and even drew a smiley face with chocolate in my chocolate milk. They were super kind to me as I am very nervous with being in public, greatest experience I wish I could have tipped more!!
The food was great and I had a great time being in this atmosphere.
Food was tasty, the waitress acted like she didn't have time to barely take my order. After food was delivered, I never saw here again. No one stopped by to check on food or anything. Where is the exceptional service???
Food was delicious and portion sizes are pretty good. We had a small issue with our order but our server fixed it pretty fast. The mozzarella sticks are ridiculous, in a good way. Great marinara sauce to! Try one of the lemonade refreshers, so good.
number one, seeing my favorite girl manager Toni! I owned my own successful business for almost 40 years and Toni is an extraordinary manager and hard worker. number two, the food is very good and they always make sure you are satisfied. number three, clean men's room!
Open 24 hrs! That is great but seems to me quality is compromised as compared to other IHOP I've been to. But then again who is not affected with this ridiculous staffing problem. We were just passersby in the area. Server was wonderful.
The service was horrible and the food was cold. Waitress stood talking and interacting will unknown man while our food was waiting to be delivered to our table. This was truly the worst service I've experienced in years. Manager was apologetic and gave a 20% discount on final check payment. Although management was helpful, there was to much physical contact going on between employees including the manager. This restaurant needs a serious do over in reference to Customer service. Food was delicious and prepared fast. Waitress was the problem and reason why our food was cold! Waitress's attitude was terrible after a complaint was made. Ihop owes my family a sincere apology!!!!??? The IHOP in Ocala is ten thousand times better with great service and friendly employees!thank u Vanessa Robinson/ Ocala, Fla.
