I am going to give it four stars for the hardworking owners. However, the taste changed recently. It used to be really good. Now, it tastes different. Not bad but not as good anymore.
Their food is amazing! The sauces are so flavorful. Lots of gluten free options…everything was clean and fresh
I had business to take care of in Gainesville, Florida and invited my Gainesville friend to meet me at Gyro Plus for my very first visit.Yes, it is a hole in the wall, but those are typically my favorite type of restaurants.The Lebanese street food was amazingly delicious. Also, huge portions at a very reasonable price. They have many vegan, non-vegan and halal options to choose from.
I am visiting the area and learned about this place online while looking for local halal food. This food is filling and enjoyable! Well worth the money. I got to eat all the Mediterranean foods I’ve always wanted to try in one place. The baklava was really good, not too sweet. I love the variety of foods too, and the vegan options as well. I can tell the owners are very hard working. I wish they had this place in South Florida!
This place is one of my favorite restaurants! Delicious food, hard working, honest people. Falafel is amazing! Great fries! Tzaziki sauce is on point! Halal and Vegan.
This place is a hidden gem. The Gyro was delightful, and the baklava was very good. The owners are a little rough with their speak, but who cares when you can choose from an amazing selection of freshly made baklava. I love coconut, and they had coconut baklava. That's a first for me and I loved it. Dine in or take away. Vegan and traditional options.
Gyro was ok, but it needed more Tzatziki sauce. Knowing I don't like dry gyros I ordered an extra side. To my displeasure it not only cost $1 extra, but was STILL dry. Also the meat is almost diced/minced instead of big slices as I'm used to. Overall it's an OK gyro tho. Fries were great, nice and crispy as requested.
Baklava was excellent. Will have to go back and try the other kinds. Beef Gyro was alright, think I should have gone with the lamb.Just read the reply. Good to know. Thanks

This is a small restaurant in a strip mall but don't let that give you doubts about the food here! I had the meat kibbie and my wife had the falafel and hummus wrap and they were both excellent! We also had baklava and it was delicious as well! The PITA bread and hummus were the best we've had. We would gladly eat here again if we're in the area!
