Fantastic place. Love the two for one drink specials and the wings. Riley is an attentive and helpful waiter who helped this Aussie navigate an American menu.Huge spice head myself, but if you don't like the heat, try the Thai peanut wings. Gator tail is great too.
Love Trivia Night on Wednesdays at Gator’s Dockside! Trinity, our waitress, is extremely sweet. Love your wait staff- they can be very helpful!
Jessica Taylor provided amazing service. Friendly, attentive and my drink was never empty! Also made great food suggestions! She is super fun! What a great experience. I will definitely request her as my server next time! Thank you Jessica!!!

My husband and I have not been here in about 2 years and decided to come in. The wings were amazing, my Philly Cheese Steak and chips were amazing, however my husband's boneless wings came out cold but another order was put in and they came out tought. The kitchen manager, I think his name is Huggins don't hold me to it, came out and WOW!!! he is just very sincere and just a great guy. This is why we will come back for another try it's sincere people like this that keeps a business open. Thank you sir for taking your time to come to speak with us and all you said and did!! HATS off
ABOVE, AND BEYOND SERVICE,After a recent order was placed from where I work. I found that an item I ordered was not available, and was substituted. Unfortunately it was substituted with a menu Item I am not fond of[broccoli]. I shot a fun message to the restaurant describing my thoughts. To my surprise I was called within 15 minutes, and told there would be a credit for me; available at the restaurantThat would have been a great solution, but here is where we go over, and above. Today they brought several bags of YUMMY sampler food, and apologized again for the sub!!!!! Who does that anymore?I have to say that before this experience I had only eaten there a single time. However now they have a loyal customer. I will be going out of my way to eat there whenever I am in town.Thanks again!!!!!
My girlfriend and I earlier went to Millard ale house and had a horrible experience hours later came to gators doc hoping to switch the atmosphere and the night around. We had Leslie as our server and it was the experience we craved!!! She was amazing made us feel comfortable and welcomed! Awesome girl!
We had a good time and our server Traci S was awesome! She made sure our drinks were constantly refilled and table cleared of finished food. Had a great attitude our whole visit!
I thought that this place was cool. The atmosphere was very upbeat.When I came in here last year, I ordered the gator bites. They were fried and served with this orange creamy sause. They were quite good.For those that have never had alagator before, the texture is, I'd say, between chicken and fish. They don't have a whole lot of flavor, but they are good. They don't have have a swampy, fishy taste either, which was my initial concern.I ordered my gator bites with chicken bites as well, which were great. Nice and crunchy.They also have a good variety of other alagator dishes to try.Overall, I really enjoyed this place.
Came for dinner the evening before the Auburn vs. UF Basketball game with some friends! Staff was so friendly and the food was great!! Met Leslie (a fellow Auburn fan!!) and discovered that she worked at the Steak 'n' Shake in Auburn back in 2013 when we were all in college!! The Auburn Drumline would go every Thursday night and we found out she was our server years ago! [Photos of 2022 vs. 2013] Small world!!
