Horrible customer service. FIVE STAR? What a joke. More like 1 star. I actually have some suggestions for how you can do better. DON’T BURN YOUR PIZZA!!
Totally gross, we should have never ate the pizza. We got food poisoning twice now. The mushrooms tasted rotten, the dough was not cooked, the first time we were told 45 minutes and waited an hour and 45 minutes. The second time we picked it up and just by looking at the trashy establishment I should’ve known not to eat the pizza. Very rude employees, Nobody wearing gloves and two guys with long hair did not have it pulled back. We got sick that day too. Never again!

I will say this is bye far the best Five Star pizza experience I've ever had I live in Brunswick Georgia and never liked ours here the employees I believe where Danielle and the other guy I believe was the manager where very kind and pleasant when picking up my order the place was very clean I definitely will be ordering from here again when I'm back in town.
My delivery guy Scott went above and beyond to make sure I got my oder! This guy stayed on the phone with me until we found each other. (I live in an apartment complex) very happy with this guy!

Maybe not Italian pizza, not NY pizza, but probably the best American pizza I've had in Gainesville. Second best pizza I've had in Florida, and it's surely in the top five for American pizza I've had throughout my life. Their sides are also of a good quality, while a bit inconsistent in taste. I think they switch the sauce brands that they use occasionally, but I enjoy the surprise. A bit disappointing that they offer pineapple, but that's a choice I have zero right to criticize. Overall, nothing is perfect, but damn does Five Star come close. Definitely the way to go when you want pizza, wings, or pepperoni rolls.By the way, I'm seriously recommending the Deluxe specialty pizza. That's pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, onions, and green peppers. All for the price of a three topping pizza! Its my second favorite after my own custom order (beef, onions, green peppers, black olives.)
On my fathers son. This is the best pizza in Gville hands down. I would drag my a** against broken glass just to get a slice late one Friday night.This is a ritual in my house hold.I will continue to be a walking five star evangelist till I die.God bless you guys.1444 much love
