service was good and the subs are always great but some of the staff hangs out at the register (where customers order) and they were changing into and out of their work t shirts in the middle of people eating their food… just felt a little disturbed and like i did not need to see their undershirts

These guys make one of the best subs out there. What I enjoy about this Firehouse is the customer service they demonstrate. They treat you like a human being and want to be helpful. Really friendly and genuine team.

0/0 I ordered a medium corn beef with cheese only. I double checked with the register 3 times. When I returned to my office, my sandwich had all toppings. I had to drive back to returned with the receipt to which the manager yells out "it is not on the ticket?" I replied I asked the register 3 times! The manager then yells back at me to say Ma 'me calm down we are making your sandwich. Horrible customer service and response to a mistake made on their part. Not being on the ticket is irrelevant to the customer and my answer was in response to her unnecessary response. Then made it worst by basically telling me to shut up! Not appreciated. This is Gainesville FL 32608 location. 3221 SW 35th Blvd.
Your best bet is to keep driving past. The food is nasty. Staff is unprofessional. Place has an odor.

Never a disappointment. Order on the app. Walk in and pick up. Super easy. The Hook and Ladder is the way to go.
Walked in , told at least 20 minutes , they had 45 subs to make , 5 people behind the counter . We left ..watched 3 more people walk in and walked right out . Your losing customers as I’m writing this . Shame on young guy in light green shirt . Worst customer service ever .
Been a while since I've had a Firehouse Sub and it was so good. Ate the medium corned beef, added onions and may. The hubby ate their new gluten free roll and really enjoyed it.
