I don't understand why it's 8 pm this location closes at 10pm which is 2 HOURS away and they only have hot or iced coffee not even cold brew or espresso beverages. Just solitfying more and more that Dunkin is trash and should just close all of its locations .
The donuts were very very dry. And after we ordered two donuts and two drinks the woman ignored us and never got us the donuts
The jelly donuts had very little jelly. It took 4 bites before reaching the jelly filling.

Wish I could give them a no star because they are absolutely terrible! Stuffed croissants were both frozen in the middle with no chicken and the bagles aren't toasted and look at how they put cream cheese on! Do not go there!

Refused to assemble the order. I placed a mobile order at 9:25 PM on a Thursday night. When I arrived the crew member was outside talking to someone in a car. When I started walking up to the store the crew member asked what I needed. I explained I was picking up my mobile order and he explained that the lobby was closed so I would need to pull around to the drive-thru.When I got to the drive-thru he looked at my order and explained that they had no hot coffee or hot food (the order was placed 35 minutes before closing) because they shut down the equipment in advance of closing time. I left my phone number with him, but the manager never called nor did the store provide a refund.The saving grace to this experience is Dunkin Corporate did provide a prompt refund when I explained what happened.If the managers and/or employees want to leave the restaurant at 10 PM then the store's hours need to be changed to 9 PM; this is just common sense. Alternatively, they could have closed their mobile ordering in advance and saved me the 10-minute drive from SE Gainesville to get coffee on my way to Ocala.
Everything always comes out good, and the staff is very nice
Although the drinks were good they just don’t listen… I told them to give me a apple cranberry refresher no Ice because I wanted to get as much refresher as possible and this is what they gave me. Absolutely ridiculous… same thing with the one I got that had little ice… same amount like are u kidding. Don’t come here. Worse part is that employees don’t pick up the phone dropping my 3 stars to 2
