Dominos should stick with pizza! Tried garlic rolls & cinnamon rolls—just awful! Stale hard & cold Pizza supreme fixed as an after thought. Was not worth the $37Won’t do again
Ordered over phone (all automated). Brooklyn style with extra cheese sausage n pepronnie. Got there n the order came out on time. Delicious n just ad ordered. ?
Thanks guys for the wonderful service on this night 2/14/2022 made my Valentine's Day wonderful and teary eyed after a mistake I made with the address and sent another delivery driver out also an extra two desserts of lava cakes thanks to Aaron, his Manager Johnathan, the whole Domino's team at 39th!!!
No complaints. Pizza and wings done on time and tasted great. I like thin and crispy pizza once in a while and they bake it perfectly.
I had to switch Domino's locations due to the lack of being able to make pizza properly & I'm glad I did. I got nice hot pizza's made exactly as they should be within the time frame I was given! Will be going back to this location again, even tho it's a half hour out of my way.
Delicious pizza and garlic parm chicken wings!
1st time ordering from the 39th Ave location. It only took 21 minutes from the moment I placed the order, until our Amazing delivery driver, Helen, was at out for with our order.Order was correct. Pizza was hot. Drink was cold.Well done!
The pizzas here are fantastic and the order is always right!! Fast and friendly you can't find a better place to eat!
I order from this location on an almost weekly basis- typically Saturday nights for college football. 4 of my last 5 orders, I have had to personally drive back to the store because my pizza has been made incorrectly. I usually deal with Bill (Saturday night manager) who does his best to apologize and try to resolve the issue. However, today my pizza was made incorrectly AGAIN and I've just had enough.I order from this Domino's because it is the closest pizza place, and I like to support businesses in my neighborhood-- I will not be a customer at this location moving forward. My order is simple, with LIGHT CHEESE being a staple as my girlfriend cannot have much cheese due to health reasons. Upon looking at the ticket from Domino's, LIGHT CHEESE is the first thing listed on my order. It is beyond me how time and time again this gets missed and the pizza comes oozing with cheese. When a selection of light cheese is made, it should be an easy request to fulfill.I also pay for extra meat (chicken, ham, etc) when selected, and the meat portion is always regular portions (confirmed by Bill on 2 of the pizza's I had to take back). Why give me the option for extra meat, charge me for it, and only give me regular portions? Answer: Because reading and fulfilling order requests is apparently difficult-- Lazy.Secondly, I order the pizza square cut. Multiple times the pizza has been originally cut in PIE CUT and THEN cut into square cut. Why is this a problem? Because it mutilates the pizza and you now have tiny little pieces of pizza falling apart all over the place-- it's a mess. Looking at the Domino's ticket, the square cut is in BOLD lettering with multiple asterisks denoting the request. Again, how does this get missed time and time again? The only positive experience over the last 5-7 deliveries has been the delivery driver. They are friendly, punctual, polite, and timely in their delivery. However, it completely defeats the purpose of me PAYING for delivery, just for me to have to drive to the store to get my order corrected. This is absurd to me.This location needs to get their act together, because reading orders and fulfilling the order is not a difficult task-- though they sure make it seem like it.Fortunately for me, Papa John's and Five Star Pizza also deliver to my address now- so I will be taking my business outside of my neighborhood and to the other businesses.
Man these guys always get it. We love to get our pizza from Domino's on Northwest 39th cuz he's guys always get it right
