Spent 3 idyllic days onsite in our motorhome. A very well thought out and designed, with separate area for tents. Quirky facilities which are extremely clean. Basil the owner is very knowledgeable about the local area and recommended some walks and the best places to eat.
Lots of creative latte concoctions! The place also has several tables where you can sit and study in a relaxed environment including outdoor seating. The music isn’t loud and annoying so you can easily concentrate or have a conversation with someone. And they use paper straws! All in all, a thumbs up!
The coffee was so delicious, and Natalie is one of the most kind souls!! Im so glad we decided to stop here and will DEFINITELY be coming back!! highly recommend!
One of my favorite coffee shops so far! They have really helpful staff and they have some Great scones
The two baristas spent 15 minutes on two coffees, chatting and standing there not moving. I asked them if they could please be a little faster as I had to go to work and the PINK HAIRED girl, said yeah and continued to talk with the other one. I am a regular and the vast differences in service and quality of the SAME drink is ridiculous. Will no longer recommend to others.
A little hidden, but such a cute little place, and staff was friendly. They have lots of flavor selections..my daughter got the toasty roasty iced and it was amazing! I got maple spice.. Good, but pretty strong with nutmeg and didn't have a very strong coffee flavor. Would recommend this place to anyone!
Great coffee, nice vibe and really cute outdoor seating. The staff there are friendly, and know their espresso! Have already returned there, and will again.
We were really looking forward to trying this spot. We passed it multiple times and it looked cute and cozy from the outside. Inside was nice. Clean. The order area was a little confusing. Wait in a line then walk around the right to the front of the counter to place your order. Then step out of the front area but not in the order line. It needed a traffic cop. Several people who walked in behind us were asked to move away from the counter. That was the first turnoff. I ordered a Caramel decaf Americano with cream. My husband ordered a Cappuccino and was asked if whole milk was okay. He said yes. We waited a good 10 minutes for our coffee. There was no one in front of us when we ordered. The baristas we chatting away. We couldn’t see what they were doing….because we were asked to wait away from the order area and order line. I got my coffee first. Filled to the rim, piping hot. Tasted good. What I expected. My husband got his a few minutes later. The cup was so light. Nothing but air. I get it. Cappuccinos are frothy. But really? Disappointed with the volume? Yes. But then he tasted it and I tasted it. It was nasty, bitter. Like burnt coffee grounds. I wanted to go back inside but we were on our way to an appointment. If you go do t order a cappuccino.
I’ve been to CYM 50+ times. Great, gourmet coffee drinks. Indoor and outdoor seating. Good place to work or socialize. The atmosphere is calm and easy. The staff can be slow and bossy, and they are all business.
We ordered a cortado, a Mayan mocha, and a blackberry white chocolate mocha, all with whole milk. The flavors were all excellent but all milk frothing left a lot to be desired (no microfoam, the foam on the top was very coarse and had separated from the liquid on the bottom). I would expect to see better frothing technique from a coffee shop at this price point. If the frothing improves, this coffee shop would be my go-to given the exciting selection of flavors.
