Culver’s employee (presumably middle aged, blonde-haired, female) coughed into her hand, sans a face mask or gloves.I was callously told they do not offer refunds, no matter how disgusting or heinous the service — never returning & advise anyone against supporting this business.
I had never been to a Culver's before and assumed it was just another fast food joint. But the food is always consistent and super fresh. I've tried most things on the menu and have been pleasantly surprised each time. And the prices are very, very good. I just wish the staff stayed the same. My family and I are there three or four times a month and it's never the same people ?
The cashier was friendly when ordering my food and the service was good. The food was also good, I’ve been here a few times before for their concrete mixers and on my last visit got a burger which was great. Today I got the chicken sandwich which was fairly average, but the fries, pretzel bites and concrete mixer ice cream were great. The flavor and texture of the food were very good, and the food came out warm. One of the better fast food places, would recommend.
One of the best burger spots in town. Good quality for fast food and their other sandwiches are delicious as well. Culver’s is known for their ice cream and this spot delivers it well. I have never had a problem with the service here.
The person taking our order was pretty blunt, rude, and apathetic. I ordered a small concrete, they gave me a mini. I ordered a double burger, they gave me a single. We asked for ketchup in the bag, we didn't get any. They didn't give us a receipt so we don't know whether we paid extra for food that we didn't get. I would've gone back to correct it, but the drive-thru line was so long that it wasn't worth it. The food was good, of course, because it's Culver's, but the service was incredibly disappointing.
I come here several times a week and the food is always good (with a rare off day) but the high employee turnover is annoying. And all of the employees seem to fall on one extreme end of the spectrum - very friendly and there to work - or downright rude and treat you like your very presence is inconveniencing them. But the food is good enough to look past it. Mostly.
The burgers were pretty juicy. Food tasted really good. They just forgot my bacon, but brought me some later.
We are Celiac Sprue sufferers (Gluten Free medically) & had been told Culver's Custard had Gluten in it. NO LONGER! Now we too can enjoy Sundaes, or just Custard.Fast Service, confusing booklet that shows which topping is GF, but great manager who helped find exactly what we wanted.We will once again be able to enjoy their Ice Cream. Now, if only they'd stock GF Buns, we could have Butterburgers again too!
Ordered ahead of time to curb side pickup...930am to be exact for 1130 pick up. Got there 11:15 and sat in lot for 15 min then the guy comes out with the 2 concrete mixers I ordered for dessert...to be put in my freezer when I got home but nope, they sat in my car for an extra 15 minutes melting while I waited for my 2 lunch meals. Who brings out ice cream 1st? Who brings out ice cream before the regular meal is ready? What a huge disappointment, never again
Went in for a beautiful lunch and upon eating my chicken sandwich, notice my bread birthing some odd piece of I don't know what (not bread). So I go to the counter to get the issue resolved. The owner, Megan, takes the piece of whatever it is and tried to sell me that it's just part of the bread. After over 10 years in the restaurant business, I know bread does not have these oddities. She looked at me like what you want me to do and scoffs just to walk into the back. I then go back up to the counter to find out what is going on and the other associates stated that it was being remade. Low and behold I never got anything. I leave and call to talk with the manager on duty to find out she is the owner. She did not have a solution to offer and then oh I will send out a coupon to replace the sandwich. I gave my info for the replacement and said thank you, she hung up without saying anything. If you are in customer service, live that life! Get it together!
