The happy hour from 4-7 is a great way to spend time enjoying discounted craft cocktails and food. The staff is very attentive and everyone is smiling. The restaurant was very clean and has a nice atmosphere. My Old Fashioned was followed by a Miller High Life pony. The burger with fried onions, sweet pickles, and tots was delicious. You have a ton of choices to eat and drink in Rainsville, but Cry Baby’s is a step above most of them.
My roommate and I went here craving a chicken sandwich and we’re fairly disappointed. The water was room temperature, which I feel it’s pretty standard to have ice water. The sandwich lacked flavor and the pickles were sweet pickles but that was not clarified on the menu. The fries also needed salt but there was not any readily available at the tables. Also, the sandwich was messy and we were not provided with napkins. For the sauce, the ranch also lacked flavor. If you are coming here for the drinks only you may have a better experience but if you are coming looking for food, I would skip out on this one.
The only tears shed were over how delicious the tater tot’s were. A great pairing with the Korean bbq chicken sandwich and the sufficiently fueled Jet Pilot Cocktail.
Pretty pricey for what you get, but it was fresh & yummy and our table was clean, so we didn't mind as much. Staff was friendly as well. The alcoholic beverages are tiny and we were served small cups of room temp tap water with our meals, which I found odd. Lol No ice, just warm-ish water. My drinks were super strong, so at least they don't rip you off at the bar, however they weren't mixed very well. Maybe they have a new bartender who was unfamiliar with how to mix those particular cocktails. ??♀️ Idk. Anyway, our food was good and came out fast and the atmosphere was fun. I doubt I'll go back nect time I'm in Gainesville only bc of the prices vs what we got, but it's worth at least 1 visit. It was the only restaurant open nearby, so we went there to grab a late dinner after driving all day.
Servers and staff are friendly. Drinks go down easy. Food is oh so tasty. But...and this is probably 'cause I'm old...the music can be too loud. I just want to easily hear the person sitting across from me. Am I asking too much? That being said, even if I have to loudly voice "What?" multiple times, I will still go back for fried chicken and a Paloma. I think they're that good.
Favorite bar in town, can be really busy at times though and take a long time to get food. But if you go during a non-busy hour bartenders will talk and make you the perfect drink after asking questions on your likes. Shout out to Thomas, best bartender I've had there!
I finally get to cash out. He's legit, reliable, and experienced. I invested $500 to earn $5,800... Easier than I thought. Mr. Jackson Robert, you're the best trader I can recommend for anyone who wants to invest and trade with a genuine trader. If you have interest kindly contact him via Email: [email protected] WhatsApp: +1 (209) 372-7204 I love you. God bless you.
You’ve gotta love Crybaby’s happy hour. Their Pretty Ricky is to go insane over. Fries are the winning side- they’re served in a large bowl with plenty to snack on throughout the night. Great atmosphere and the service is relatively quick. Only problem was the bathrooms smelled a bit, but it’s a bar so a few more drinks can fix that.
I love coming to Cry Baby's for their Happy Hour specials. $7 smash burger and fries are to die for and I love their secret sauce, I always get an extra!
This is the perfect spot to enjoy creative, flavorful drinks with prime people watching! Sat outdoors with easy ordering through toast tab, drinks were ready quickly and they were delicious. Prices are great too!
