Super good ice cream! Be careful though when ordering through a delivery service, they don't package the ice cream well enough and its always melted by the time it's delivered.
One of the best ice cream experiences I've had in my life. The staff was awesome and the ice cream was next level. I've gone a few times already. Will be going back.
Really rude staff. My boyfriend knocked my ice cream on the ground accidentally and they were really rude about it. I then ordered a second one to replace the dropped one and they were really rude and pushy about me paying for the second one (which we planned on doing anyways, we never asked for free ice cream). Very unfortunate that they care more about money than customer service.
The staff in here is horrendous. The man Valetin is very rude every time I have seen him working, the staff don’t look happy at all and seemed annoyed when we ordered shakes. Not a good experience
The ice cream is always good but make sure you speak up when you order because I definitely ordered a shake and was given a cup of ice cream. Like I said it was good so I can't complain but it wasn't what I ordered.
My mate and I ordered online. Never received our order. We called cold stone and they basically told us that they had already made the order and someone picked it up. Didn’t offer to remake, just basically told us to screw ourselves. 10/10 most annoying situation.
The truth is that the ice creams are very tasty. I ordered an apple pie and it was the best in waffle bowls, rich flavors, the apple and the caramel was a delight with the ice cream and the other had a mix of the Founder's favorite brownie and also It was very tasty, the place is simple but its strength is the good ice creams and the variety of mixes ??????
Just moved into town and have been here now 3 times. 2 times were great. Tonight must have been just too much for the four employees that told us as we walked in, that they were closed… other customers seated looked confused as we did because it was 11:56. Knew what we wanted cash in hand. In-and-out. Now sitting outside of the store at 12:04 all four of aforementioned employees are eating ice cream. Must be nice. Is it just me or 4 Minutes is coincidentally all the time it takes to serve ice cream.

I don’t know his name, but your new GM is awesome! Really sweet guy. I can already tell the environment is very much improving with him and the place is looking a bit cleaner. Ice cream is great as usual! Super fast service, which is great if your looking for a quick treat.
