We love cold stone! This location was a great experience. Very friendly staff, Sydney was awesome. Exactly what we wanted to experience for our post dinner dessert!
My ice cream was wonderful and the employee who added all the different kinds of nuts did a wonderful job of mixing them into the butter pecan ice cream.
The place was really great. We were greeted very sweetly when we entered the store and also answered all my queries.We ordered Chocolate Devotion and Coffee lovers only with customized waffle cones. I absolutely loved them both?
Someone needs to disable delivery menu items when products run out, it’s an inconvenience to customers and delivery people alike, and one that can be easily avoided with a bit of foresight.
Horrible. The portion is small and the work is sloppy. The lady gave me a cup with ice cream stuck on the sides of the cup and filled it half way. This is the second time this has happened at this location. I’ll never go back.The only reason this review is a 2 star instead of 1 is because the guy that was working when I went back to voice my upset remade the "like it" cup and upgraded it without charge.
This is the most expensive dirtiest and worst cold stone I have ever been to. Its stil lcold stone good flavor. Tiny portions a couple dollars each more then all the other stores I have been too. Last time I went all the ive cream was melted like soup in the bowl. Her excuse was...maybe they need to spend some money fixing their feeezers.
This is easily the best cold stone I have been too. The staff is amazing and kind. Toppings are included in the full price and thus unlimited. Please stop by when ever you can and get some ice cream.
Ordering ahead is worthless. Three times now we place an order online and when we get there at the noted time, they haven’t even looked at our order. Complete waste of time. They are so understaffed it isn’t worth going anymore.
Why on God's green earth there in ONE poor soul working here all alone on a Friday night, is beyond me. Who the hell is managing this place??? And what's the point of online ordering if you still have to wait in line in the store once you get there? Get it together people!
This was absolutely depressing. We were waiting in line for about 15 minutes with three people working and two of them decide to abandon their coworker with 16 people in line. Nothing was getting done. The customer in front of us had his ice cream melt because the staff were arguing with each other. The management here needs to hire more staff so a single worker doesn't get stranded like this. Thank god Publix was a mile down the road.
