I visited this place a few months ago during rainy season and because we were a group we chose to seat in the back room, a few minutes after we sat down it started raining and water was dripping on us. I like that it’s an old and rustic place but this is not acceptable. We also ordered a few sweets and pastries to share and when we asked for forks they just gave us 1 and said they’re out.
The coffee here is great, but for the most part the customer service is pretty good, but I knocked off a few stars just because here lately it's, quite frankly, sucked. I don't want to overhear your coworkers political views as I'm pulling through the drive-thru, and I definitely don't want to be hounded into filling out some stupid "what's your favorite movie?" survey. I just want my freaking coffee. ?
Not sure what beans or roast they use for their cold brew, but it's DELICIOUS!
it makes me upset to see reviews complaining about the staff because imo they’re always so nice even when I go really early and they always offer to give my dog a huge treat. if you’re not a crotchety old boomer you’ll absolutely love this place and the people that work there are part of what makes it special. the coffee is fire. I like the frozen espresso blends a lot too
Best place to get coffee in Gainesville, FL. Tucked away on 13th St. I have never had a bad cup from them. I will drive out of my way to go to Coffee Culture if coffee is what I'm needing. Always fantastic service.
Their Americano was delicious. The atmosphere was disturbing. Very liberal space with a bowl of condoms, countdown to Halloween and mask wearing signs everywhere. Inappropriate memorabilia, dusty spaces and cluttered. Could use some clean up. If you have kiddos go through the drive-thru. Staff was mediocre.
My husband and I met here 11 years ago. We shared a table outside in the sun, because it was a pleasant October afternoon. The coffee was also very good.
Very fast moving drive through! Great Chai tea. Not chemically. Oregon Chai! Coffee is great too, nice and hot.
Perfect little shop. Fun, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Great variety of quality drinks.
Great location & customer service. It was nice to sit inside the cafe and drink my coffee. A welcome change from the normal Starbucks or Dunkin’ Donuts.
