All the way from buffalo cauliflower to apple crisp with ice cream you will be awed and served well. If Alex is on duty, sit in his area! Whether you are vegan or carnivore, life is good in Floribean cuisine.

First time eating here and last time too. I do have to say that the fish tacos were good and the cilantro sauce paired nicely. Aside from that it’s extremely pricey and the food is not worth it. The churrasco was bad and the portion was tiny, drinks are no good, and the service was just ok. I do not recommend and won’t be back. Sorry ??‍♂️

This was a unique experience in Gainesville. The interesting and fusion menu options made me feel like I was in a Miami restaurant. The outdoor seating area has a very nice and enjoyable atmosphere. The waiter and staff were friendly and provided great service. The food was OK. Overall, the dishes were fresh and had a nice presentation. The queso frito appetizer was the best thing we ordered. We were expecting a long skirt steak with chimichurri after ordering the churrasco, but instead we got a filet mignon. The tacos were nothing extraordinary. The brunch menu items sound tasty but not sure if I will go back to try.

I had an amazing time in this restaurant, also Miguel was very kind with us! The food was delicious. I hope to come back soon.

Excellent food. Friendly staff. I had the Mushroom Tacos and my wife had the Grilled Street Corn Avocado with Shrimp.

The food is unmatched! Also our server Alex was very attentive and friendly during our stay. We haven't had the best service in the past and Alex definitely changed our mind! Moving forward we will be requesting him. Again, food is amazing! Everything on the menu is worth trying!

1st time I came here at the end of November I really enjoyed the Avocado Street Corn and fried cheese with grape jelly, toastones, and a mustard sauce.I came the second time for my wedding rehearsal dinner at the beginning of December, however my large group as a whole did not particularly enjoy the food they received for the high price. My avocado I like, had a bit more browning then I care for as well. But it was tolerable with the toppings.Today was the third time I came in ( and most likely the last ) and I can officially say I spent (with tip) 18$ for the avocado street corn again. I wanted the fried cheese but they stopped serving with the grape jelly ( the sauce that MADE the dish ) so I passed on that. I was so utterly disappointed today. My single avocado was old and brown with those thick brown strings that start getting in the avocado when they get a little to old to eat. In my opinion, for a dish that is centered around the avocado being the filler- it should be a quality fresh avocado (especially if it’s going to cost 14$ and add the tip becomes 18$)I felt like they had chosen a avocado that was almost to old to use (and used it up on my dish). Oh yea and I had a glass of there ice water, and it tasted terrible. Please filter your water. Please please do better Cintron. Not impressed at all. Everyone should be getting quality ingredients since you are a high priced restaurant. At this time I just don’t recommend this restaurant.I am giving 2 stars since this place is sentimental to me as I was a huge fan of Chopsticks, I had my wedding rehearsal dinner here, and I love the ambiance of the place.

Charging someone for an entree when it came out AFTER the rest of their large party’s food, when they told you they didn’t want to eat it anymore, and then charging them for their “complimentary drink” that you offered them…? Is this a joke? Won’t ever step foot in this place. Treating people like this is not cool.

Had lunch here today while in Gainesville. Wonderful food! And impeccable service!! Justice was our server. Very attentive, gave great recommendations and made sure we were well taken care of! We had the Calamari, Prime Beef burger, Tacos borrachos, Cuban dip. Everything was wonderful! The manager visited our table and was also very nice. we will definitely be back soon!!

A very disappointing experience. The shrimp-stuffed yellowtail snapper was not. Nary a shrimp in sight. The fish itself was overcooked, dry, and less than tasty. When informed that the meal was not as expected, the wait staff just shrugged and said the menu would be changing soon. All in all, an intended evening of celebration turned out to be anything but.
