By far the worst Chipotle experience I’ve had. My online order was exactly on time so no issues there. However my burrito was less than half full and split down the middle with ingredients spilling out into the wrap. Picture is what it looked like when I opened it. Looks really appetizing…not. Also the burrito itself tasted “off”… I can’t really describe it but the ingredients just tasted badly. Will not be returning to this location again.
Just as the most recent reviews have said, this is THE WORST CHIPOTLE LOCATION YOU’LL PROBABLY GO TO.I’ve ordered here two times in the past months and in both cases the experience has been horrible, for different reasons. The first one, you can see in the attached picture. I ordered through the app and they took 20 minutes more than the pickup time. The amount and quality of the bowl was laughable. Imagine going home hungry to open your food and seeing this. Smallest portions I’ve ever seen and they got almost everything wrong (I ordered extra fajita veggies and they gave me zero, just so you have an idea). The second time was today, I walked in to order in person since the app order was a fiasco. Line took 20 minutes and when my food was served, the register apparently broke down. They kept us there waiting for about 40 minutes with NO solution, until somebody asked if we could pay through the app and just have the food and that’s what we did. The food was stone cold of course, and quality was plain bad.
So disappointed when my order arrived with the 2 different salsas I requested, sour cream, and lettuce missing. Prepared with absolutely no care. Wish I would have read the reviews first.
We want to give a huge shout out to Taylor at the Archer Road store. When we arrived, the line was backed up to the other door and she single-handedly got the whole line moving so quickly! She was friendly, efficient, and hard working. We have seen a recent decline in our service and quality at Chipotle recently, but she gives us hope that it’s on the upswing. She deserves much praise, a raise, and shoudl probably be training other employees with customer service and efficiency. Awesome job, Taylor!
This location sucks. My pickup time was about 7 minutes late and also I asked for extra corn and got barely any at all which was cruel and also I paid for double steak and got 1 portion.
The line took around half an hour, and the food area was repulsive. I was absolutely disgusted. This what I imagine a prison cafeteria look like, not a place where I would pay $24 for two meals. Also this is cross contamination. What if cross contaminated food went to someone with allergies? The only reason I didn’t just walk out was because I had someone with me. I just tried to imagine that I didn’t see what I saw while eating. I know they are probably very understaffed and need help. One of the photos I took shows a huge pile of dirty dishes. My suggestion is that the team stops with orders for like 10 minutes every other hour to clean the line and the dishes, or at least put a barrier between the food and the customer so they do not have to see the mess. Also the person who put on the toppings gave me a life supply of corn. ? I was trying to not crack up laughing while eating because what I mostly taste in this bowl is corn.

They didn't even smash the avocado... This is the worst Chipotle I've ever been to. Ordered online after a long day at work, only to get stuck in traffic for about 20 minutes and arrive to the staff having thrown my order out because "I took too long." So I had to wait for them to remake my order, completely defeating the purpose of ordering online. I get home to finally enjoy my meal, only for their overpriced, mediocre guacamole to not even be guacamole at all, but instead, a solid half of an avocado, littered with tough, leftover skin. What an awful experience, choose a different Chipotle if you can.
Food is good quality.Cashiers are friendly and most of the people that work on the line are too. However, there is one particular employee that has no sense of urgency whatsoever. There will be a line and 5 bowls getting cold and he’ll walk really slowly to the back and get stuff to refill and do it incredibly slow, almost like he’s doing it on purpose. Sometimes it makes me want to achieve this level of “unbothered”.It just stresses me out to see my food all open getting cold for 5min with no lid on.But I never have problems of the food not being fresh or anything like that, and they always give me good portions!
Decent enough. You pretty much get good portions for what you pay for. I made the mistake of asking for more cilantro rice in the middle of the guy applying beans. Ended up with only a few but pretty sure they've got a system for that. Anyway, yea. I was surprised to see that there weren't any napkins. I was depending on those napkins. My friend and I ended up taking napkins from a nearby restaurant. Why is it that Chipotle napkins are in such high demand? I forget. Anyway the food was pretty good as usual and tasted fresh. I just don't like that you can't get a free Tortilla with the bowl now. My solution: I have tortillas at home. Still, it makes me sad.
