I order through Doordash every other week, but today 4/7/22. Everything was ughh. Food nasty made sloppy and cold. Then my driver had to wait( so he said). Just not a good day I'll give it few months before I order again

I give it 2 stars instead of 1 because the food was average for a Chipotle restaurant. If I had not been distracted on my way in, I would have walked back out. The place was a mess. Not one clean table. Food scattered all over the floor as well. We had to wipe down and sanitize our own place to sit. What really got us was that there were employees standing around. There is no way they could not have seen it. There were not that many people there. Only one other person was seated in the place. Managers need to step up!

Went there today 2/14/22 at 2:30 and the place was disgusting. Their food is good, but all the tables were dirty, ( I had to clean ours before we sat down) floor needed swept, the area where you get forks and napkins was horrible, which another lady commented on, and the glass that separates us from the food was in need of cleaning badly. As you can see from my picture, things just get kicked or swept under the pick up order station.

I love the restaurant but the cleanliness could improve. Looks like workers are starting to become apathetic. The lines are super long as well. Also be aware that they don't really open till 11am.

Really? No fajita veggies on the line, but they have them on the internet order line. Ok please put them on my bowl from the other line. "We can't do that." Manager said the same thing. Manager said "we're so sorry you feel that way." Well guess what? YOU are the reason we are feeling this way, so don't even try with the stupid customer service sayings. You're not sorry. You COULD have fixed this. This was my dad's first experience with Chipotle. Looks like you lost a customer for life as he said he'll never go back and would rather go to Moe's where it's cheaper and better.

Walk into a place that looked liked a hundred people ate and left. Not one clean table. Only one person working line and they could not handle it. The person if front of me ordered six burrito bowls and they kept taking orders after that sliding the rice down the food line to next employee but their was no other employee. So now my order and the persons behind me, their order sat on with rice for 10 minutes while the person if front of us called her friends to ask what they wanted for their protein. Meanwhile they are totally out of grilled peppers and their are people who ordered on line who showed up to get there food and it’s not ready get priority. So now everything stops so those people’s meals are made. Mine is still on the line waiting. I finally pay for a cold meal and stand to eat it. And when I try to throw my trash away I can’t. All four trash cans are already overflowing.

The employees and managers are such hard workers and deserve the best! I went there last night with my friend to grab some food and the restaurant was super super busy, and everyone on staff held it together so well! Provided such great customer service, and I hope they get raises and more recognition for what they do. Just a reminder to everyone, be kind to the people who are taking time to make your food. Every fast food worker is trying their best. Treat your fast food workers with respect and kindness. Tip them every once in a while too. :)

This store has become the worst place to go. I loved coming here, the food WAS amazing but lately the food has been tasting a little off. Especially the rice always mushy and hard. Please address this issue to this store. Also one of the employees had his headphones on. When he went to serve a customer, I saw one of his headphone dip into a pan. That’s really disgusting like extremely disgusting. Also please address about no headphones during serving hours please and thank you. I really hope this store gets back into shape. Need to hiring more workers. Very little staff no bueno mi amigo.

I went there during the lunch hour and there were six other people ahead of me in line. There was only one employee who was not only creating the bulls but putting all the condiments on them. I will give it to her she was incredibly fast and I did not notice a difference between one and two employees.At the end I asked her for some salad dressing and she stated their blender was broken and she could not give me salad dressing unless it was an online order. I just spent almost 20 bucks there and couldn't get the salad dressing for my meal?I was passed off to the cashier. When she asked if there's anything else I could get, I asked her for salad dressing and she provided that for me.I want to the utensils area to get a fork but they were all gone. I had to ask the cashier for a fork. Unfortunately in her ungloved hand she reached in and grabbed the fork by the eating end and handed it to me.The area around the soft drinks was dirty and nasty. It almost looks like mold was growing on the side of the counter by the soft drink area.I know it's hard to come across employees but I will say the one employee who created our food did a great job on her own. But the other things left a bad taste of my mouth.The lettuce bowl with the chicken also did not being very well seasoned at all. Luckily the salad dressing added a little spice to it.I've always been a fan of Chipotle and they typically get five stars from me but not today at least not this one
