Wow, the worst Chipolte I have ever visited. The counter was filthy, the tray I was given was dirty...I know the cashier saw this but gave it to me anyway. The steak was chewy. I guess I am spoiled because it is top notch service in Orlando. Judging by other comments cleanliness is a big issue....doesn't look like they care. No ice in the ice machine and boom the health inspector showed up. I'm sure they will pass.

I've had mixed experiences over the last 7 years I've gone here (used to go weekly in college), but most of the time it was great. They're getting 1 star because of how the employee screamed at my friend during COVID to put on a mask. I'm okay with a polite ask but it was belligerent. Will never ever go back.

This was the most unsatisfactory chipotle bowl I have ever consumed. For starters, my rice was not cooked throughly and left the rice kernels stuck in my throat. So within one bite, I was already choking. Yet this was not all, for they had no black beans ready and gave me a scoop that had MAX 5 beans. They were also dry. Then there was the three pieces of chicken. And then there was the lack of vinaigrette dressing, which even then could not have saved the dry rice and beans. Whoever owns this Chipotle needs to rethink their life choices.

Great Chipotle as usual, however, the line was very slow for some reason. I know the traffic overall was higher because of the college students, but this doesn't fully explain how slow the food was being made.

Ugh. Get ready to wait. I get that this location can be extremely busy due to all of sorority row bombarding it at once, however, mobile orders should not take 45 minutes to be ready after the app says it’s ready to pick up. Said order should also not be cold and made incorrectly. Chipotle has continued to disappoint, Moe’s is a much better alternative.

I went to Chipotle today and was very pleased with my experience. Although the restaurant was very busy you could tell the workers were doing there best to be as quick as possible. All the workers had masks on and were follow covid protocols. Some of the tables were a little dirty but most were clean. The food was hot and tasted delicious. This is one of my favorite restaurants in town, I will definitely be back.

One of the worst Chipotle’s in Gainesville. They’re always out of things, the staff is rude and it’s so dirty and messy inside. At my most recent visit I ordered to-go to beat the crowd. My paper bag was covered in sour cream and salsa, my guacamole was hard and really chunky, and my steak bowl overall had very little flavor or seasoning. I’m really disappointed.

Chipotle's is always very good! This is the first time I didn't have the burrito I had the salad and I really like that new type of chicken Polo Asado was excellent, I really recommend it!

Worst Chipotle in gainesville. They are very slow and the restaurant is always dirty. I waited an hour and a half before my delivery order was brought out. When I asked what was going on the girl at the counter rolled her eyes at me and rudly asked me what the order was. When I told her she had to reprint the order and have the order remade. No coordination at this restaurant. Online orders pile up and get lost.

Went in only for chips and guac. I go up to the register like I always do when ordering just sides. They said I had to wait in line for all walk in orders. Being they were busy, I respected it.After about 30 minutes later comes time to wherebyou would normally order food. I was more hungry than before, so I went ahead and ordered a bowl. I got towards the end and requested chips and guac. They said they were only giving chips and guac to online orders.I waited 30 minutes for chips and guac because they told me to get in line just to find out they aren't serving them to walk ins? I had a very brief discussion asking why I couldn't have any. Being I did not care about the bowl initially, since they inconvenienced me, I said I didn't want the bowl. She threw the bowl down and I walked out.
