This place should just close down. I’ve never been treated so badly and disrespectfully at any restaurant in my life. Came in at 10:00pm, no one seated us until 10:15pm. Another group of people behind us also waiting for a table since 10:00pm. The few people working clearly didn’t want to be there, none of them. We had to ask a very rude girl that was clearing some tables far away if it was closed or if someone could seat us. Which she replied to: “I can’t I’m finishing my shift” We kept waiting and at 10:15 she came up to the door very rudely and yelled: “who was here first?” We did, so she then took us to a high top (in front of bar) where she threw the menus at the table and left without saying a single word to is. The other group of people left the restaurant immediately after she came up to them (I wonder what she said to them). Anyways, we waited around 10 minutes in that empty restaurant (only 3-4 tables used in entire restaurant) and no surprise obviously no waiter ever showed up. That’s when we decided our patience had reached a limit and decided to leave. If the workers don’t want to work and are just hoping and waiting for people to leave so they don’t have to work, you should just probably close down the restaurant. There’s no point. Or close at 9 or 10pm, not 11pm. We got there a WHOLE ENTIRE hour before closing and it was obvious we were not wanted there. For reference this happened 07/21 10:00pm and the rude girl had blue/green hair and face piercings. I bet they were all incredibly happy after we and the other group left, even though we were polite and patient.
I'm giving them three stars based on multiple experiences we've had with our food from here. They almost ALWAYS burn the waffles for the chicken and waffles. We had to stop ordering delivery and start picking up the order because it happened too many times. It happened again last night on a pickup order and they replaced the meal for me. I was grateful that they did but I waited there for 30 mins while they got other peoples pickup orders out while they were supposed to redo the waffles. Because of the wait they gave me a free desert. If the food isn't burnt it's really good.
If i was able to give a 0 start i will.Drove from Jacksonville FL TO VISIT THE RIVER so we all decided to eat there and the reject services on us because we where 20 people like really is money your loosing we are hispanic and the manager as soon as he saw us he also dejected services. Never visiting any again
Hostest sat us and gave us menus, after about 5 minutes the HOSTEST came back to take our drink orders and tell us the server would be right with us to take our order. I ordered a sweet tea which tasted like WATER and several servers walked past our table several times without stopping to greet us and tell us it would just be another moment or take our order as we're clearly sitting there with our menus closed and ready to order. After about 20 minutes of not being able to order we left and went to Texas Roadhouse. Terrible customer service skills.
"Side salad" literally 6 pieces of lettuce. Prices are almost doubled and they mess up my order ever single time I go there. I haven't been in a while... Now I remember why. Won't be going back.
Food and service are terrible. Menus were wet and sticky same for the both and table. The food quality has dropped significantly. Boneless wings tasted like old chicken nuggets dunked in water down hot sauce. The rest of the food was either cold and full of oil or old and cold. Our waitress did check on us, but as she was speeding by asked us how we were doing and never really waited for a response, just kept on going.Avoid this restaurant at all costs and save yourself a night of gastro intestinal distress spend your money somewhere that actually appreciates your business.
Food was delish, restaurant was a little loud, but maybe that was just us! Lol Service was good.
Flour tortillas were hard as a rock and sticking together the condiments that I requested didn’t come with my food either. 2nd time I ordered here, won’t be a third.
Poor service on a slow day. Never got a refill and the food was cold. Appetizers came after the food and was also cold. Fried pickles were extremely salty. Asked for medium steak and got a cold well done. Was told they were understaffed in the kitchen which I can understand. But why is waitstaff standing around and letting food die in the window expecting a runner to deliver to tables?We would've asked for a refund or even better food, but how can we do that when the wait staff is no where to be found?
Manager was busy interviewing, supposedly, bartender was on call with another manager in the back. Bar dining area was dirty with plates on a number of tables. One or two waiters to the right of entrance tending to a couple of patrons; otherwise, place was empty.Manager (female) was annoyed at interrupting her regarding seating and food service as there was a family of three waiting for “10 minutes” their words not mine. We all left together after some choice words relating to her lack of attention to customers. Extremely bad attention to paying customers from management and ownership. I will pass the word around to my different associations. We know a lot of people everywhere. Best of luck in your business though.
