This is the 3rd time I have been to this Chick Fil A due to my son having treatments @ Shands! Every time I’m there, the employees are so rude, their not trained in Customer Service at all. All I see when ordering is them looking off & not listening to what I’m saying and then want me to repeat it! I also see a lot of eye rolling as if they are irritated to even be at work! I wish I could record their facial expressions when they are taking orders!Today we were there and literally they were out of almost everything! They only had nuggets and the chicken sandwich available! They were out of tomatoes, bacon, cheese, milkshakes and said the Pepsi was flat when that’s what I wanted to drink! I know other Chick Fil A’s I have experienced would NEVER treat customers that way nor make it inconvenient by running out of food!!!!!!!I am very unhappy with all of the restaurants in Shands Hospital because they ALL need to learn Customer Service Skills!

They kept directing me to the next window when I wanted to order Think I went around the place for four hours.
Of course its always delicious and I love the patio!
The wait took A WHOLE 2 HOURS then I just left
Excellent chicken, courteous and professional employees. Nice to see that the founder's personal views haven't put a damper on the left's desire to "EAT MOR CHICKEN." Went in on an early afternoon and as usual, drive through wrapped around the building and the line inside was 20 deep. In spite of the "left" calling on the founder to change his tune, doesn't seem to quell the desire for the best fast food restaurant in town. Boycott...what boycott. Glad to see Chick-fil-A doing well and sticking to it's founder's values.
This location on campus at the Broward dining area under-fill on waffle fries. Every time.
