Chick-fil-a messed my order up for the first time in my entire life today LOL. I was super upset because I was hangryyyy haha. I did a huge order for my coworkers and i but my oder happened to be the order that was incorrect. I called and they not only made everything right, one of the workers brought the food to my job because my job is so close. I really appreciate that and you guys made a minor negative into a huge positive. Thank you!!
This Chik-fil-a team is a well-oiled machine. They have their service model down to a science. Always quick with in store orders, mobile orders, and pick-up service. Never met a worker at this location having a bad day. I would pick going to this location over any of the locations on UF’s campus.
Everytime I pick up a doordash delivery it's ready within 10 minutes or less. Some places take their time and make the delivery drivers wait longer than they should, but not here. They value every customer including the ones that order through doordash, uber eats, or Grubhub. Very kind people and delicious food.
Would give ten stars if I could. This team, at least the closing team, constantly gives great service and displays a good attitude even with people walking in 2 minutes before close. I’ve been a chick fil a employee before, so I know how annoying it is. I got stuck in traffic with a mobile order already placed, and had to come in around 9:50. Usually you can tell when workers resent you for walking in late. Really refreshing to be treated well even despite being one of “those” customers.
I wish I didn’t come here, ordered frosted coffee and was served a different thing entirely.
Great food, great customer service, but parking is a nightmare!

Food has been cold/definitely not hot lately to be charging like that . Prices went up and can't keep hot food for everyone. ?? horrible and the food is nasty
