Food is not bad. They covered orange chicken with a little too much, actual chicken was too little. We went with specials and they put a lot of rice (approximately two thirds of the box) compared to main entree.The service was terrible. The lady did not answer questions properly and she was terse.
I'm convinced that my General Tso was just old Orange Chicken and Sriracha.
My go to place for quick Chinese food. I have been a customer for over a decade. I remember they days when the mom ran the place. She was always sweet and kind. The food is really good and I have never had anything bad. I recently had the mushu chicken because the last review said it was tasteless. My wife and I in fact loved it. Lots of veggies and chicken. Maybe they didn’t realize it’s a mushroom flavored dish. Anyway we enjoyed it. I’m not saying everything is perfect but we have never had a dish that was rather insulting to our taste buds. Love me some Chan’s.
Possibly the most tasteless food I have ever eaten. I had the Moo Shu Chicken and there was literally no flavor, just a bunch of fried cabbage with barely any chicken. The pancakes broke so that was a no go. This only further confirms why I don't order Asian food around here and will continue to cook it myself because I cook the real deal and don't alter it to fit another culture's taste (in case that is what they are doing) although taste is something that wasn't present anyway.
Reminds me of take-out in NYC - the best! They've got a great contactless system set up as well. Delicious as always.
Left one of my meals out... child taking orders and doing cashier kind of rude when I was trying to tell her I didn't need change it was a tip.
