My wife and I have been here about a half dozen times since we moved nearby. Every time we have been here the service is fantastic and the food is great. Today, our server Kimi was the absolute bomb! Her good service led us to write this review, we love this place and will definitely continue to eat here.
The restaurant is kind of clean and the cashier was nice but I had the ceo burger and the brisket in the meat was skunked. I cook brisket burgers weekly and you know when it stinks while your cooking it it’s not gonna taste good. I didn’t call the store because I live about 20 miles away and have no intention of coming back but I hope this review doesn’t fall on deaf ears.
It's always good, no matter which city we go to eat it.The staff always have good attitudes, friendly and helpful.One team member was especially helpful with the side machine, teaching my son how to use the contactless option if he wanted.The place proved clean and well functioning with their processes to get out orders and pick up.I do wish the fries were more crispy to match that sauce with the parm toppings.Every burger we try, though, has been good without complaints.
The man behind the counter deserves 5 stars. Only thing good I can say- burger,bacon was crispy but Wendy's bacon burger better - I have never been served such limp soggy fries & paid extra for them- unsweet tea--- it looked like tea but had no taste. How clean can the place be if floor is sticky at11:30 am. First & last time
This place serves such delicious food. I am a vegetarian so I don’t find a lot of options in Gainesville for me. But this place has a Vegefi burger which is just amazing! If you’re a vegetarian, you should definitely give it a try. I also tried Ghirardelli chocolate custard shake and fries along with onion rings. They were amazing too.You should definitely give this place a try!
Fries were good. Burgers were not fresh or really even hot. For $26 for two small burgers they should be cooked fresh. Burger King is better
Just ate here a couple of weeks ago. Nice location with the good burgers you’d expect from BurgerFi. Staff was pretty friendly and the restaurant was pretty clean.
I went in today for the first time and I was struggling with what to get. I wish I got the employees name but he has awesome customer service skills and was amazing. The burger was very good, and the fries tasted very fresh. 10/10 would recommend. Wish I stayed in gainsville.
Good burgers! They have a Coca-Cola freestyle machine which is cool. They also have different fry toppings which are tasty, along with many different burger options. One of my favorite places to get a burger.
BurgerFi sauce in the hamburger is really good. The food comes out quickly and the staff is kind.
