My only complaint is that the employees need to pay attention to the orders and completely fill each one. There were several customers including myself that had incorrect orders or missing items on just my short visit. This is unacceptable if you want to keep happy return customers. The food is good! Just check out your order to make sure it's right before you leave.
Went to get breakfast around 945-10 am yesterday. I ordered a double ham croissant meal large with a iced coffee. Once I got home my order was incorrect. They did not give me a receipt or a ticket in order for me to make sure it was rung in right, if that was the case I wouldn't have been as upset. The order was repeated back to me correctly so I didn't question it. How was I the only customer at the store my order was messed up, did not have my double meat, the hashbrowns were barely warm, and I did not receive a straw, asked the lady at the window for one but I guess she didn't hear me the 2 times I asked so just left at that point. Was only upset cause a pregnant lady just wants what she orders?However, kuddos to whoever made the iced coffee it was awesome.
The drive thru is INSANELY slow; they purposefully wait to take orders so they can get “caught up” which leaves new cars waiting at the order station for 10-15 minutes. That strategy doesn’t help you get your order quickly though, cause you’ll still wait more after ordering. Prepare to wait a good 20-30 minutes total in the drive thru. Also some of the employees are rude and will scream at you while taking your order.
Today I visited this location for the second and last time. Just as the first time, my burger took so long to arrive and the cashier so indifferent, that I left hungry and several dollars lighter in my wallet.I was told later at a different BK location that this restaurant was an on going problem and the franchise owner and area supervisor chose to ignore the problem.
This location is very convenient to the interstate. We got our order quickly and accurately. The restrooms were acceptable and staff helpful.
Okay this is officially my favorite Burger King. I came in with the receipt coupon for a free whopper with purchase of a small fry and drink. The manager was behind the counter at the time and was so nice. They were able to replace a normal whopper with the impossible whopper since I don't eat meat and they did the frozen drink mixed half and half. Food was extremely fresh. Above and beyond service. Thank you!
Look, Burger King is great. This review is for THIS 1 location!!!Ok so between 11:00am and 5:00PM the drive thru lines are 15-30 minutes. Then they get the order wrong. I was shorted multiple times on big family sized orders were talking like 4 burgers instead of 7, etc. Total waste of time and money. Not to mention there is maybe 3 employees here MAX at any given time so forget the bathroom being clean forget the staff being patient or nice just in general FK this one particular BK.
Ordered a double cheese whopper plain with mayo on the side, got full whopper,no mayo, and cold onion rings. Person on microphone seemed distracted and did not repeat my correct order. Perhaps schedule ratched drive thru help at less busy times...$11.00 wasted...
Why is this location so bad? And so slow? I decided to give it one other chance after they told me they ran out of small fry containers and had to charge me for a medium, made me a Whopper but didn't tell me until later they ran out of onions, and don't even have cups in the correct size. Now I'm sitting in the drive-through, 20 minutes later they've already taken my payment still no food. What gives y'all?
