great food and great service. karly was an amazing waitress
Ordered pickup. Cauliflower wings with Garlic parmesan and mango habanero. The boxes with garlic parmesan had no sauce in them. Pictures uploaded. Anyone ordering pickup should open and check their order right there only. Terrible.
Visited this place about an hour before closing and the host greeted us with no issue, our waitress was excellent and as always the food was superb. Now I just need a BWW closer to Ocala to save me the trip.
Had a wonderful experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings at the Oaks Mall. Carley our server was very polite and caring. Sebastien was beyond helpful dealing with any and all issues we had and all around gave us a fantastic experience. We will definitely be coming back soon!
We have not come back to this restaurant in some time because we knew that staffing had been an opportunity for a while. We came with patience this time and we’re still disappointed. Our appetizers took about 20 minutes to come out, and an additional 20 for the entree, which was incorrect. I waited an additional 10-15 for the correction, but that came out incorrect as well (same problem). The manager was nice but nothing was done correct. I won’t come back for a while.Giving it two stars because at least the cheese curds and fried pickles were tasty still.
Visited the restaurant on a slow Wednesday night close to 7 pm. Walked in and waited for a hostess to seat us. The table still had visible food and sticky residue left from the previous customers. The restaurant was practically empty. However, the hostess disappeared and not one server came to our table. Multiple servers passed our table and not a single one greeted us or started a drink order. We sat for a good 15 minutes before getting up and leaving.
Arrived at Buffalo Wild Wings around 4:30pm. It helped that hunger was setting in and a couple of phone calls needed to be made. When I walked in, there were three people at the bar and two other couples at tables…got a tab and something to drink and went outside to their screened-in porch area to make the calls.Got outside and there was a couple at a table eating while accompanied by their dog. Not sure if they are a dog friendly place or if they were friends of the bar or if it was a service animal. Regardless, they were there for about 30 minutes and the service staff kept bringing out water. Again, the place was not full, but the they went out of the way for the dog. Nothing wrong with that. The outside porch had typical Florida outside black iron furniture and a lot of televisions. Seems like the type of place to go with a couple of people who want to be outside-ish and watch a game of their choosing. Also, know that the front of the mall is right there so it can get a little loud depending on the time of day. Wasn’t so bad that it mattered when outside.Went inside after phone calls and ordered a chicken sandwich with a different bartender and nothing was missed while going back and forth. Food came out well and overall is was a good experience.
Tried new flavor wings “Jammin Jalapeño. Wow it was great
There was a hair in my food. I think it might’ve been mine. Fight night tonight. The ambiance was there, and the energy tight. Well-managed by the servers, and no energy vampires stuck out, despite a busy restaurant. I wouldn’t have known if there was a negative nelly in the house or not, and that’s a really important aspect of service to me, as an introvert. The waitresses held it down and they all deserve raises. (Think like a man..)I was surprised by moicano’s victory (ufc) I was less surprised by mr. c. But Tuivasa??? Hawaii can fight???? Since when(Dreadlocks??? What??? Player 10, UCLA are u kidding me? Jc) Dwayne the rock Johnson for president #2032Anyways there weren’t any napkins on the tables. I get it. But cmon
My husband and I ate at our local Buffalos around 5pm today. I specifically asked that our appetizer come out before our meals. Appetizer came out with my meal. My husband’s meal came out 5 minutes later. Restaurant was not busy ( only 4 tables occupied). I asked the waitress why this happened. She owned that she screwed up on appetizer but per management, food was to be delivered as it came up, even if it meant not everyone at table is served at the same time. This is absurd and only restaurant this has occurred. Of course there was no management “available “. If this is truly the mindset of management (and apparently must be per numerous comments), I am not interested in returning.
