Was eyeing this place for a while and finally pulled the trigger while in the area. Food, atmosphere, and service was fantastic. I ordered the Chicken Strips, Fries, with Birdie Box Sauce. The tenders were crisp and came fresh off the line, almost too hot to eat temperature wise. Fries were AMAZINGLY crispy, truly delicious. The Birdie Box Sauce has a great unique flavor I can’t say I’ve had before.Nothing is perfect and here are a few of my comments: While the taste of the food was fantastic I will say they were on the saltier side, almost as if it was intended, in order to sell their sauces (which are pricey at $1.50 for that little cup). Can’t imagine enjoying those chicken strips without them, it’d be way too dry. Meal total was around $13+, without a drink. There are definitely other options to satisfy similar cravings at a much cheaper price/more value.I would definitely visit again given the opportunity. The service was superb and friendly. The food quality was great and unique. Just come with an open mind and appropriate budgetary expectations and you’ll have a great experience!

Ordered two original sandos, an order of fries, and the birdie box sauce. The sando was excellent, the chicken was seasoned very well and had a lot of flavor. Fries were also pretty good, a light crisp on the outside with a soft inside. The only thing we didn’t care for was the sauce. It was very runny and didn’t add much flavor to the sando, and for $1.50 it definitely wasn’t worth it. Overall would recommend!

Great place,New start up.Gave them 4/5. Stars, only because,Right now few dinner optionsChicken,,,BUT THEY DO A FANTASTIC job making it.Second issue.Waffle was great tasting, but soggy.Fries are great, the sandwiches are great. We hope they continue to expand into the rehabbed store, and let their Chef continue to be amazing

Due to how amazing their food is, I can’t dock them a star. But would love if they had some grilled chicken options. Being only fried food, I can only justify going here now and again.First time going here, and everything I tried was fresh and delicious. Their Nashville hot sandwich has the perfect amount of heat.

Excellent service and even better food, every sauce offers a different and delicious flavor profile to fit anyones preference. One of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had, you can taste the quality in the ingredients and preparation. The fries are fantastic, the batter on it sets it apart from anywhere else. Lastly, the Bonuts are a terrific dessert and you get plenty to share with your party or to just really spoil yourself with.

The vibrant colors welcome you in where you'll be greeted by a warm and friendly staff. Their menu is simple to navigate and their prices are pretty fair. The food comes out absolutely quick, I will say about 5 minutes but it's not at all fast food quality. The presentation is Instagram worthy but the flavor of the chicken itself was definitely lacking seasoning for my taste and does greatly rely on their selection of sauces. I will say that all the seasoning that wasn't used in their chicken is surely being used in their fries which are borderline addictive. Cool place to checkout right now in Gainesville and it will only get more popular as their surrounding area continues to develop.

Among the best chicken sandwich I've ever eaten and certainly the best in Gainesville! The chicken is cooked right, which has to be a given for a chicken sandwich place, but what caught me off guard was the taste of the pickles on my sandwich. I'm used to the strong briny taste, but these ones were far over towards the cucumber end of the taste spectrum. It was new to me and definitely works for their sandwiches. Ash told me the pickles are specifically chosen to taste that way to compliment the chicken better. The Nashville fries are super tasty as well. They're spicy, and they look greasy, but they're reportedly much healthier than you average fry because of what they're cooked in. Very much worth the drive.Outdoor seating only, credit cards accepted, wheelchair accesible, cool neon art on the building with a drive thru comung soon.

Food was under seasoned and chicken tenders weren't fully cooked. I ordered the 5pc tender and only got 3. Couldn't get free sauce with my tenders because they said I would have to pay $1.50 per sauce because no sauce comes with the meal. Overall not a very pleasant experience.

Food is 3/5, management is a 1/5, 2/5 is the middle ground!Had a friend come over a bit late to lunch and I was telling him about how everyone was disappointed in the egg sandwich and the hot honey. The manager proceeded to come over, insult how I was dressed, tell me about how French all his dishes were, and berate me about how I had no culinary certification (unlike him, he worked at a Michelin star restaurant). All while taking off his sunglasses (so he could get a good look at me!), asking me for my name like he was going to do something with it, and generally puffing his chest and trying to start a physical and verbal altercation for no reason. Just very rude and highly highly aggressive, especially compared to my tone at the time.So here's the downlow, for anyone curious, just make sure the dude who stands around the food truck watching everyone eat doesn't hear it:*The egg sandwich is bad, the yoke breaks, the entire egg is runny, and you just end up with soggy bread and chicken that everyone had to eat with a fork. It's okay though, it's French.*The hot honey is not up to par with any hot honey i've ever tried (satchels, chicken guy, etc). It's just honey with dried peppers flaked into it. Flavors didn't combine at all, and the dried peppers weren't flavorful in general, although they were coarse with every bite. Kinda reminds me of when you add too much Italian seasoning to pasta sauce and can feel it in every bite.*Ranch is ranked highly on the ranch tier list, maybe wingstop tier. I liked the nashville hot sandwich, and it was what I was suggesting to my friend. Probably a little smaller than a popeyes sandwich, more expensive, but the nashville chicken itself wasn't bad.

Very personable staff! I had a Nashville Hot sandwich, fries, and their “Bonuts”— all of which were very good. I really enjoyed the sandwich in particular but was especially surprised by the Bonuts. I’m not usually a donut person, but I loved the texture and the slight lemon zest! I would come back for both!
