There seemed to be a lot of staff but little work going on. I ordered with 3 other people. When they had their food and were almost done, I went to look for mine. They were "working" on it as they stood around talking. Then they started preparing the food while I waited at the counter. The food was fine. Just not used to waiting so long for this type of food with the small number of patrons in the store.
We both got bento boxes, boba teas and split an order of egg rolls. $50. The staff was nice and the place was clean. Food quality? If you ever got grocery store freezer food then no further explanation needed. It's just that. I get it. It's fast food. The noodles were mushy, the heavily coated chicken was dry and swimming in sauce and the teas (this bit is unforgivable) had big chunks of ice in it that gave us both severe brain freeze. It really hurt. We're okay now but I can't recommend this restaurant.
They do not take cash. No sign stating this or if there is it is not visible. I find it ironic that there is a tip jar right next to the cash register though.
We've eaten here before. Food is ok, nothing spectacular. I feel like it used to be better. Make sure if you order online that you confirm the time its supposed to be ready. I hit submit and then it said the order would be ready in 70 minutes! That's ridiculous. Called to cancel the order and the person didn't sound to confident they could cancel it and refund my money. Found out later I could cancel online.
The A/C is out and they are card only and there is no signage stating that they won’t take cash. There was no milk tea available because “it has to cool down”
Every time I pick an order up here the manager is rude and it's never ready on time. They won't even offer a time for the order to be ready. Avoid this place. Go to another Bento.

Sad to say...it's not the same Bento's we knew before. It used to be our favorite spot. We used to take our family and friends here...not anymore. The prices went up so high, the food is not as good, the service has become terrible. One time we came to pick our order. The lady host told us our "name" was not there. Our kids were hungry. We asked her again. She kept saying she did not see our order even when she had not rechecked. She just ignored us even after falling in line again and again. We asked her kindly 3 times to check again because we know we placed our order. After a long wait, she finally checked and said our order was there. We were patient despite the bad character she showed us. We have moved on to a new favorite Asian sushi spot with great friendly service and great food!

I like gas station sushi sometimes, this isn’t up to par. They add SUGAR to the rice wine vinegar and it’s disgusting. SUIUGHAAARRR IN SUSHI!!???????
