Racist sellers, there are salmon in the counter but tell us there are none and reserved for someone else. Taste good but don’t worth trying.
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. The website doesn't tell you what company is delivering the food. We placed a big order thinking Bento would be delivering it, but we got a confirmation from DoorDash. The food was marked delivered, but it NEVER arrived. DoorDash will steal your food and then you're stuck arguing with Bento. Never again.
If I could give 0 stars I would.They said they were going to take 20 minutes to have my food ready and they took almost one hour. The place was almost empty and people in the kitchen was just joking and laughing all the time.

Food and service were fantastic, really great all around.However, the aircon was turned down so far that I started shivering and had to finish my meal at home later.The staff were wearing sweaters and hoodies and said there was nothing they could do.Order take out or freeze (I know there are a few who enjoy the Arctic temp!)
I remember when bentos was in its prime in the mid 2000s. The red curry was perfect and served with silky tofu. They even used to have little cakes with the bento boxes instead of stale, sugary wonton strips. Nowadays bento isn't bad, it just isn't anywhere near as good as it used to be. The prices have increased, the quality has decreased, and the tofu is always deep fried. Sad to see such a great place fade away into a ghost of its former self.
My go to place for poke. Decent quality & fresh ingredients.Update on April 26th 2022Recent online order fulfilment has been bad. I never get the dressing I order and my protein choices are being swapped out randomly. Portions have been TINY compared to what I have received in the past two years.If you are out of ingredients, please inform consumers through the phone information submitted online instead of delivering a half-made order. Considering switching to pokebowl station.
Consistency of food and the service not up to par with other Bento locations in Central Florida. Not sure why they wouldn't take Bento gift card? Isn't this location part of the Bento chain?
Cashier was confused, she was new which makes sense but should've had other people help her. Overpriced for small portions of everything besides some flakes. Lack of seasoning in katsu, soup taste basic like a basic paste
