Tonight I had the teriyaki bowl. The rice was great and the green beans were delicious. There was not enough teriyaki sauce for the chicken however, a more accurate description would be "grilled chicken bowl".It was difficult to find a clean table, although the restaurant wasn't particularly busy, which left an impression of grubbiness.I'll try a different location in the future.
Tried this location for the first time last night. My sister got the sesame bento box with chicken and I got a California roll. The California roll was good and my sister said her bento box was good as well. I do feel like the prices are a little bit too high, but all around a good meal. Their staffing last night was not the best, only one girl was working the register for both pick up and to go orders- but I do not blame them as everywhere is having staffing issues and the staff they did have were doing an excellent job keeping up with the demand and influx of online orders they were receiving- I was very impressed with their ability to handle a busy night with minimal staff.
Just went and it was a night and day difference, compared to the midtown/newberry locations. We actually got good portion sizes and everything tasted great. Will continue to go back if they're consistent.
First timer and last time, eating here. What you get for the money, it’s not worth it. The food flavor was great but did amount was very disappointing. Look at the pictures for proof!
Friendly people, food was good (not great or outstanding), rather expensive for what it was. Not my first choice for Asian cuisine. Minus one star for price and minus one star for not being great food.
The Food I've gotten from Bento has always been great! Price is a little high but the taste is good, delivery is pretty quick through any of your standard delivery apps.
delicious food but tight seating since it’s usually busy
Waiter and waitress were very pleasant and food was very good Portion of food was huge could not finished it
tl;dr - Takes forever to get your food, tastes okay.As with all things now, I assume the pandemic has gotten the better of Bento on Archer Rd. We placed our take out order online (through 352delivery) and were sent a text with our pick-up time. Arrived and checked in a little early. No big deal, I don't mind waiting... 15, 25, 45 minutes go bye. The staff continue to tell me they're "working on it" with no other explanation. I honestly felt like they forgot about my food, meanwhile they're sending several other orders out the door.50 minutes after our scheduled time, we finally received our food. Everything we ordered was supposed to be served hot - half of it was cold by the time they handed it over to us. The food tasted ok (2/5*). But be prepared, the tofu is super rubbery.
Hardly any customers. Good food but a bit pricey. Use a gps to find it.
