Ordered a cake for a birthday was misinformed on how far in advance you needed to order and they never recieved the order anyway due to a "glitch" in the system, workers seemed to have no idea what they were doing and took forever to give a refund. Terrible service.
Baskin Robin's use to mean quality, now it means; dirty, hole in the wall with old ice cream!! Never again!!
this place sucks. visiting Gainesville with family and this place closes at 9. we drove 20 mins for ice cream because we love baskin robbins only to b told that this guy closes the ice cream part down an hour before closing. we were there 5 mins after 8. been to many baskin robbins and none do this. when asked to talk to manager was told hell he here at some point tomorrow. well were leaving tomorrow morning so i cant do that. very very unhappy with this right now.

VERY DISAPPOINTED I wanted a layered sundae and he said the manager didn't order enough material for it. So i asked for a WARM cookie sandwich and I wanted 2 Macadamia nut cookies. He told me the manager didn't order those either. (😡REALLY😡)Then I get my order and my WARM cookies were COLD AND HARD 😡 And my picture is not a cookie sandwich. I was going to get a refund but he said the "Computers were down" VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!
I love Baskin-Robbins, but the ice cream I got the other day was SO icy that it was inedible. That means at some point it's melted (even slightly) and re-frozen. It was not the creamy, delicious ice cream that I'm used to at most Baskin-Robbins. Something is wrong with the temp in your freezer. :(
Simple love this place
Today they are tasting polar pizza icecream, mint icecream on chocolate chip. It was good.
So far they have been closes five out of the last five times we have been in the mood for ice cream. Bad for them, good for their competitors. (we spend around $30 per visit - 5 in our family and we live nearby) Really - closed for business at 3pm? I guess we're just not part of the morning ice-cream crowd... How that is a good idea I don't understand. Glad it's not my business...
