If I could do a zero I WOULD. Food was extremely cold, flavor was horrible, the customer service was AWFUL!! THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN. Over charged me on the 2 entree plate. Charged me for the 2nd one! AND there was a ROACH on the counter?? Will NEVER be back or recommend. This place should be shut down!!!
They over charge people check your receipts they add extra charges when their supposed to have a combo meal deal I am calling the better business bureau I also want a refund will be going back up to handle that I would not eat here or order food here so not worth it their scamming your money. Than when you say something they look at you clueless. Beware anywhere else is better than here they are taking peoples hard earned money when people are going through hard times right now. Always check your receipts. Stay away go somewhere else not worth it food wasn't even good mostly fat pieces had to throw away. -.-
I have gone here for years . The food isn't the greatest anymore..They overcharge because the fill half a plate and don't explain the menu at all. You get so little food for expensive price . And the employee are rude just for no reason.Rude , Rude and Rude ! Like they are instructed to get you to the end of the line and overcharged your family for food .And the food is not great at al. It used to be .Won't be back . For the price you pay go to an actual restaurant! Or somewhere else. Buyer beware of your charge!!You will hear one thing and pay another! Without a full plate . This is a horrible experience!
Do not eat here! Food was not very good and they overcharged us. Want to charge a 1 extra for chicken an 75 cents for other which that is for extra serving an did not get extra serving. Confronted them an said that's how computer works. They are trying to get over on people. Beware!
This is one of the most dirtiest places I have ever eaten at the spoons they scoop the food with are not properly washed they are roach infested and have been for months management is a joke and the qaulity of the food is horrible if you value your health DONT EAT HERE
So this place use to be the top experience , maybe it was the sheer volume of people moving threw the line , but chicken wasn't as crunchy as it usually would be , this place has been in the Mall since I was a Teenager and has always brought some nostalgia, good portions, friendly fast service
Only 10 bucks for two meats and a side. Very good price for a lot of people.

My mother and I received the best customer service from the two Latino men working yesterday evening. They were awesome.
Tasted alright but was very overpriced for what it was, the chicken was kinda rubbery, the drinks were full to the lid with ice and hardly anything to actually drink (for nearly 3$ a piece nonetheless) I was not impressed.
